Mablethorpe and Sutton is a civil parish in East Lindsey, Lincolnshire, England. It is on the North Sea coast and includes Mablethorpe, Trusthorpe, Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands along with the inland village of Thorpe. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 11,780, increasing to 12,531 at the 2011 Census.
In 1894 the Civil Parish of Mablethorpe was included in Louth Rural District but in 1896 was created as an urban district in Lincolnshire, Parts of Lindsey. [2] In 1925 it was joined in the urban district by the parishes of Sutton in the Marsh and Trusthope, from Spilsby Rural District and Louth Rural District respectively, and therefore changed its name.
Its urban district status was abolished by the Local Government Act 1972 in 1974, with the district authority becoming East Lindsey, whilst Mablethorpe and Sutton remained a civil parish with a town council.

Skegness is a seaside town and civil parish in the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire, England. On the Lincolnshire coast of the North Sea, the town is 43 miles (69 km) east of Lincoln and 22 miles (35 km) north-east of Boston. With a population of 19,579 as of 2011, it is the largest settlement in East Lindsey. It also incorporates Winthorpe and Seacroft, and forms a larger built-up area with the resorts of Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonards to the north. The town is on the A52 and A158 roads, connecting it with Boston and the East Midlands, and Lincoln respectively. Skegness railway station is on the Nottingham to Skegness line.
Louth is a market town and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. Louth serves as an important town for a large rural area of eastern Lincolnshire. Visitor attractions include St James' Church, Hubbard's Hills, the market, many independent retailers and Lincolnshire's last remaining cattle market.
Alford is a town in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England, at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, which form an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The population was recorded as 3,459 in the 2011 Census and estimated at 3,830 in 2021. It lies between the towns of Mablethorpe, Louth, Spilsby, and Skegness and acts as a local retail centre.

Mablethorpe is a seaside town in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England, part of the civil parish of Mablethorpe and Sutton. The population including nearby Sutton-on-Sea was 12,531 at the 2011 census and estimated at 12,633 in 2019. The town was visited regularly by Alfred, Lord Tennyson, a 19th-century Poet Laureate of the United Kingdom. Some town features have been named after him, such as Tennyson Road and the now closed Tennyson High School.
Saltfleetby is a village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England on the coast of the North Sea, approximately 7 miles (11 km) east from Louth and 10 miles (16 km) north from Mablethorpe. The parish had a population of 599 in the 2001 Census, decreasing to 568 at the 2011 Census.
Theddlethorpe St Helen or East Theddlethorpe is a village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of the county of Lincolnshire, England. It lies about 3 miles (5 km) north of Mablethorpe on the North Sea coast. Some seashore belongs to Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve, consisting of sea dunes and saltwater and freshwater marshes. It is one of five UK locations where the natterjack toad is found. In 2011 the parish had a population of 525. The parish touches Gayton le Marsh, Mablethorpe and Sutton, Theddlethorpe All Saints and Withern with Stain. Theddlethorpe St Helen shares a parish council with Theddlethorpe All Saints.
Manby is a village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England, and lies approximately 5 miles (8 km) east from Louth. Manby contains a village post office. Other amenities, including a primary school, The Manby Arms public house, two village shops, and an Italian restaurant, are in the conjoined village of Grimoldby, separated from Manby by the B1200 road. It is also the administrative centre of the East Lindsey District. The population was 1,655 at the 2021 census.
Louth and Horncastle is a constituency in Lincolnshire represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2015 by Victoria Atkins, a Conservative.

The town is part of the civil parish of Mablethorpe and Sutton. The southern part of the town is known as Sandilands and nearby is also Trusthorpe.
Conisholme is a small settlement and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is on the Cleethorpes to Mablethorpe A1031 road, and 7 miles (11 km) north-east from Louth. The population is included in the civil parish of Grainthorpe.
Legbourne is a village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England, about 3 miles (5 km) south-east of the town of Louth.
Willoughby with Sloothby is a civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire in the East Midlands of England. The parish includes the settlements of Willoughby and Sloothby as well as the hamlets and villages of Bonthorpe, Mawthorpe, Hasthorpe and Habertoft. The parish covers quite a large area of East Lindsey with the towns of Alford, Mablethorpe, Spilsby, Skegness and Burgh le Marsh situated near the parish. The parish's nearest railway station is Skegness. The village of Willoughby was served by a station on the former East Lincolnshire Railway and Mablethorpe Loop Line. However, it closed in 1970 and so did the lines. The station master's house and a section of platform and goods shed survive near the site.
