The National Shrine of Our Lady of the Abandoned, also known as Santa Ana Church, is a Spanish colonial period Roman Catholic church located in the district of Santa Ana in Manila, Philippines. It is under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Manila. The parish was established by the Franciscan missionaries in 1578 under the patronage of Saint Anne. The present stone church was constructed by Vicente Inglés from 1720 to 1725 and was dedicated to its present patron, the Our Lady of the Abandoned. The revered image of its patron was made in Valencia, Spain in 1713 and arrived in the Philippines in 1717.

Alfredo Verzosa y Florentín was the fourth native Filipino to be elevated as Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church and the first from Northern Luzon. He was also the first Ilocano bishop. He co-founded the Congregation of the Missionary Catechists of the Sacred Heart (MCSH), which focuses on education and administration within the church, especially catechesis. He has been declared Servant of God by Pope Benedict XVI and his cause for beatification is underway.

The church is known for housing the El Santo Cristo Milagroso, a life-sized dark-skinned image of crucified Christ. It is dedicated to Saint Nicholas of Tolentino and is under the administration of the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia. In May 2021, it was granted the title of minor basilica, the 19th in the Philippines and the first in its archdiocese.
