She has also served on the Provincial Executive Committee of the ANC in Gauteng,and in December 2022 she was elected to a five-year term on the party's National Executive Committee.
Nakedi Sibanda-Kekana is a South African politician who is currently serving as Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Sports,Arts and Culture in the Limpopo provincial government. She was appointed to that position in October 2022,shortly after she was elected Provincial Treasurer of the Limpopo branch of her political party,the African National Congress (ANC). She was first elected as a Member of the Limpopo Provincial Legislature in the 2019 general election and before that was Mayor of Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality from August 2016 until December 2018,when the ANC asked her to resign during the corruption scandal at VBS Mutual Bank.
Jacob Khawe is a South African politician who was the Provincial Secretary of the African National Congress (ANC) in Gauteng from 2018 to 2022. He was formerly the Mayor of Emfuleni Local Municipality from 2017 to 2018 and before that he represented the ANC in the Gauteng Provincial Legislature.
Thamsanqa Brian Hlongwa is a South African politician who was Gauteng's Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Health from March 2006 to May 2009. He is a member of the African National Congress and served multiple terms on the party's Provincial Executive Committee in Gauteng. He was also the party's Chief Whip in the Gauteng Provincial Legislature until October 2018,when he resigned amid a corruption scandal relating to his tenure as Health MEC. He was charged with fraud and corruption in late 2021.
Refiloe Johannah Kekana is a South African politician who has represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the Gauteng Provincial Legislature since 2019. A radiographer by training,she was formerly a councilor in the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality from 2011 to 2019.
