The 3rd Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 1991 was held on February 10, 1991 in Hong Kong. The pageant was supposed to be held in the fall/winter of 1990, but delayed until February 1991 to coincide with Chinese New Year. Since then, the pageant has been held near Chinese New Year up till 2010, when the pageant reverted to being held in the autumn. The pageant was organized and broadcast by TVB in Hong Kong. Miss Chinese International 1989 Kit Wong of Sydney, Australia crowned Singapore's Yen-Thean Leng as the new winner. Five years later, Singapore would win the pageant again.

Pageant information

The theme to this year's pageant continues to be "The Traditions of the Dragon, The Embodiment of Beauty" 「龍的傳統 俏的化身」. The Masters of Ceremonies were Anthony Chan Yau and Philip Chan. The performing guests includes actor Woo Fung; canto-pop singers Hacken Lee, Vivian Chow, Leon Lai, Shirley Kwan, Sam Tsang, David Lui; Miss Hong Kong 1989 and Miss Chinese International Pageant 1989 first runner-up Monica Chan and Miss Hong Kong 1989 second runner-up Isabel Leung.

Miss Chinese International Pageant, or MCI for short, is an annual international beauty pageant, organized and broadcast by TVB, a network television station in Hong Kong. It was established in 1988 and the Chinese name of the pageant was rebranded in 2007.

Miss Hong Kong 2007 pageant, the 35th Miss Hong Kong pageant was held in the Hong Kong Coliseum on 21 July 2007. Sixteen delegates competed for the title. Contestant #3: Kayi Cheung was crowned the winner by outgoing titleholder, Aimee Chan.

Miss Hong Kong 2008 The 36th Miss Hong Kong Pageant which was televised live internationally from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 19 July 2008. Twenty-two-year-old Edelweiss Cheung became the new Miss Hong Kong and the tallest Miss Hong Kong, in the history of the pageant. Skye Chan the first runner-up and replaced Edelweiss during her duties due to Edelweiss not showing up. Skye Chan represented Hong Kong in Miss World 2008, and Miss Chinese International 2009. Second runner-up Sire Ma represented Hong Kong at Miss International 2008

Miss Chinese International Pageant 2009 was held on January 17, 2009 in Foshan, China. The pageant is organized and broadcast by TVB in Hong Kong. Miss Chinese International 2008 Océane Zhu of Paris, France crowned her successor, Christine Kuo of Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the end of the event.

The 17th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2005 was held on January 29, 2005 in Hong Kong. The pageant was organized and broadcast by TVB in Hong Kong. Miss Chinese International 2004 Linda Chung of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada crowned Leanne Li as the new winner. Li was the fourth winner from Vancouver to win the crown and the second time a consecutive win occurred.

The Miss Chinese International Pageant 2006 was held on January 21, 2006 in Hong Kong. The pageant was organized and broadcast by TVB in Hong Kong. At the end of the event, Miss Chinese International 2005 Leanne Li of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada crowned Ina Lu of Johannesburg, South Africa as the new Miss Chinese International.

The 12th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2000 was held on February 6, 2000 in Las Vegas. For the first time ever, the pageant moved out of Hong Kong, and was held at Caesars Palace. Miss Chinese International 1999 Michelle Ye of New York, USA crowned Sonija Kwok of Hong Kong as the new winner. The next time Hong Kong wins the pageant would be Grace Chan in 2014.

Miss Chinese International Pageant 1999 was held on February 14, 1999 in Hong Kong. The pageant was organized and broadcast by TVB in Hong Kong. Miss Chinese International 1998 Louisa Luk of San Francisco, USA crowned her Michelle Ye of New York City, USA as the 11th Miss Chinese International. The victory marked the first back to back winners for the United States.

Miss Chinese International Pageant 1998 was held on January 25, 1998 in Hong Kong. The pageant was broadcast live through TVB and was streamed for the first time in Malaysia. Miss Chinese International 1997 Monica Lo of Toronto, Ontario, Canada crowned Louisa Luk of San Francisco, USA as the new winner. Luk is the first winner from the United States and San Francisco's only winner, as of 2010.

The second Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 1989 was held on December 17, 1989 in Hong Kong. Miss Chinese International 1988 Michelle Monique Reis of Hong Kong crowned Kit Wong of Sydney, Australia as the new winner. Sydney would not go on to win the crown, until 2007, when Sarah Song captured the title.

The 4th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 1992 was held on January 26, 1992 in Hong Kong. The pageant was organized and broadcast by TVB in Hong Kong. Miss Chinese International 1991 Yen-Thean Leng crowned Rosemary Chan of Toronto, Ontario, Canada as the winner. It was also the first victory for Canada and North America. As of 2010, Toronto would win the crown for two more times.

The 5th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 1993 was held on January 10, 1993 in Hong Kong. The pageant was organized and broadcast by TVB in Hong Kong. Miss Chinese International 1992 Rosemary Chan crowned Christy Chung of Montréal, Quebec, Canada as the winner.

The 26th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2015 was held on January 25, 2015. Miss Chinese International 2014 Grace Chan of Hong Kong crowned her successor, Mandy Chai of Sydney, Australia at the end of the pageant.

Miss Hong Kong Pageant 2016 was held together with Mr Hong Kong 2016 in TVB City on 11 September 2016. Ten delegates will competed for the Miss Hong Kong title.

Miss Hong Kong Pageant 2017 was held in TVB City on 3 September 2017. 12 delegates competed for this title.

The 29th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2018 was held on February 3, 2018. Miss Chinese International 2017 Stitch Yu of New York City, USA crowned her successor Rose Li of New York City, United States at the end of the pageant.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Miss Hong Kong 2021</span> Beauty pageant edition

The Miss Hong Kong Pageant 2021 was the 49th Miss Hong Kong Pageant that was held on September 12, 2021. Miss Hong Kong 2020 winner Lisa-Marie Tse crowned the new Miss Hong Kong 2021 winner, Sabina Mendes de Assunção (宋宛穎), at the end of the pageant. Her official name is Sabina, but she goes by Sabrina.
