The 22nd Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2010 was held on November 5, 2010. Tianjin, China would host the pageant for the first time. TVB would broadcast the pageant one day later, delayed, for the first time ever. Miss Chinese International 2009 Christine Kuo of Toronto, Ontario, Canada crowned her successor, Eliza Sam of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada at the end of the three-hour pageant, marking Vancouver's fifth win. The slogan to this year's pageant is "Chinese Beautiful Posture, Beautiful Shadows of Red Dust" 「中華美態 紅塵儷影」. This year marks the first time the pageant is held in the fall since 1989. The Masters of Ceremonies are Carol Cheng and Derek Li from Hong Kong, as well as Jin Liu from Tianjin. Special performers include Raymond Lam and Leo Ku.

The Miss Hong Kong Pageant, or Miss HK (港姐) for short, is an annual beauty pageant organised by local Hong Kong television station, TVB. The pageant was established in 1946, and acquired by TVB in 1973.
Fairchild TV or FTV is a Canadian Cantonese language exempt specialty channel. It is owned by Fairchild Group, with Hong Kong broadcaster TVB holding a 20% minority stake. Fairchild TV has studios in the Greater Toronto Area and Greater Vancouver.

The Miss Chinese Toronto Pageant (多倫多華裔小姐競選), also known as MCTP, is an annual beauty pageant organized by Fairchild TV that selects Toronto's representative for the annual Miss Chinese International Pageant, held in Hong Kong, organized by TVB. The current Miss Chinese Toronto is Oceana Ling-Kurie (林小海), winner of the 2021 pageant.
Miss NY Chinese, also known as Miss New York Chinese or Miss Chinese New York and formerly called Miss Greater Chinatown NYC Beauty Pageant, is a beauty pageant that selects New York City's representative to the Miss Chinese International beauty pageant held in Hong Kong each year. Notable winners include Michelle Ye and Fala Chen. Participants must be between the ages of 17 and 25 with a basic understanding of the Chinese language, among other requirements.
Miss Hong Kong 2007 pageant, the 35th Miss Hong Kong pageant was held in the Hong Kong Coliseum on 21 July 2007. Sixteen delegates competed for the title. Contestant #3: Kayi Cheung was crowned the winner by outgoing titleholder, Aimee Chan.

The 17th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2005 was held on January 29, 2005 in Hong Kong. The pageant was organized and broadcast by TVB in Hong Kong. Miss Chinese International 2004 Linda Chung of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada crowned Leanne Li as the new winner. Li was the fourth winner from Vancouver to win the crown and the second time a consecutive win occurred.
The Miss Chinese International Pageant 2006 was held on January 21, 2006 in Hong Kong. The pageant was organized and broadcast by TVB in Hong Kong. At the end of the event, Miss Chinese International 2005 Leanne Li of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada crowned Ina Lu of Johannesburg, South Africa as the new Miss Chinese International.
Miss Chinese International Pageant 2004, the 16th Miss Chinese International Pageant, was held on January 17, 2004 in Hong Kong. The pageant was organized and televised by TVB in Hong Kong. At the end of the pageant, Miss Chinese International 2003 Rachel Tan of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia crowned Linda Chung of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada as the new winner.
The 14th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International 2002 was held in Guangzhou, China. This marked the second time the pageant was held outside Hong Kong. China would not host the pageant again, until 2007. For the first time in history, Vancouver won the title again, for the second consecutive year.
Miss Chinese International Pageant 1998 was held on January 25, 1998 in Hong Kong. The pageant was broadcast live through TVB and was streamed for the first time in Malaysia. Miss Chinese International 1997 Monica Lo of Toronto, Ontario, Canada crowned Louisa Luk of San Francisco, USA as the new winner. Luk is the first winner from the United States and San Francisco's only winner, as of 2010.
The 23rd Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2012 was held on January 15, 2012. Miss Chinese International 2010, Eliza Sam from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada crowned her successor, Kelly Cheung from Chicago, USA at the end of the pageant. Cheung represented Hong Kong, China at Miss World 2012, becoming the first Miss Chinese International titleholder to represent the region in a Miss World Pageant that is not a Miss Hong Kong Pageant titleholder.
Eliza Sam is a Canadian actress based in Hong Kong, formerly under contract in TVB. She won the Miss Chinese Vancouver Pageant in 2009, and went on to win the 2010 Miss Chinese International Pageant.
The 24th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2013 was held on February 24, 2013. Miss Chinese International 2012 Kelly Cheung of Chicago, USA crowned her successor, Gloria Tang of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada at the end of the pageant.

Carat Cheung is a Canadian-Chinese actress, model and former beauty pageant winner currently based in Hong Kong and previously under Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) management. She is the winner of Miss Hong Kong 2012.
The 29th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2018 was held on February 3, 2018. Miss Chinese International 2017 Stitch Yu of New York City, USA crowned her successor Rose Li of New York City, United States at the end of the pageant.
