The National Super League 4-Day Tournament is a domestic first-class cricket competition, which is held annually in Sri Lanka. Five cricket teams representing five districts of the country take part in the tournament. [1] The league is organized by the Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) beginning in the 2022 season. [2] In January 2022, the SLC launched the tournament. [3] The squads for the competition are announced based on the performances in the Major League Tournament, with 26 clubs clustered under five teams. [4] The tournament serves as the criteria to select players for Sri Lanka's Test squad. [5] The tournament runs alongside the National Super League Limited Over Tournament.

Pathira Vasan Dushmantha Chameera is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer who plays for all three formats for the national team, He is a Right-arm fast bowler and also a handy Lower order batsman. The Lanka Premier League is a professional franchise cricket league established in 2020 in Sri Lanka. Matches are played using the Twenty20 cricket format by five teams named after Sri Lankan cities. The league was intended to commence in 2018, but repeatedly postponed by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC). The inaugural edition took place in 2020 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

The National Super League Limited Over Tournament is a limited overs cricket tournament which was held in Sri Lanka from 24 January to 19 February 2022. The first phase of the 50-over competition was played in two venues: SSC and P. Sara Oval. The second phase of the round-robin stage was played in Pallekelle and Dambulla, where the final was played on 19 February.

The Kandy cricket team is a cricket team that plays first-class and List A cricket in the Sri Lankan inter-provincial competitions. The 2023 National Super League Limited Over Tournament is the 2nd season of National Super League Limited Over Tournament, the List A cricket tournament that is played in Sri Lanka. The tournament is being held from 11 March to 6 April 2024. Jaffna were the defending champions and Dambulla won the tournament, defeating in the final.
