Danish singer Oh Land has released six studio albums, four extended plays (EPs), 31 singles (including four as a featured artist), nine promotional singles, and 15 music videos. When signed to Fake Diamond Records, Oh Land released her debut album, Fauna , in November 2008. Following a performance at the 2009 SXSW event, she met a representative from Epic Records and signed with the label. [1] She released her major-label debut single "Sun of a Gun" in October 2010, which charted in five countries and served as the lead single to her 2011 self-titled studio album. Oh Land peaked at number five in Denmark and also entered the Billboard 200 in the United States. It would go on to be certified Platinum for selling over 20,000 copies in the former country. The album spawned four additional singles, including "Wolf & I", "Voodoo", "White Nights", and "Speak Out Now"; the latter two songs both charted within the top twenty in Oh Land's native Denmark and were also certified Gold by IFPI Denmark. In 2012, the singer was featured on Gym Class Heroes' song "Life Goes On", which entered the Tophit chart in Russia. [2]
She released her third studio album, Wish Bone , in 2013 with Tusk or Tooth Records and A:larm Music. It peaked at number four in Denmark and appeared on the Top Heatseekers component chart in the United States. "Renaissance Girls", "Pyromaniac", and "Cherry on Top" were available as singles and all three of them had accompanying music videos, in addition to promotional single "My Boxer". Her fourth studio album, Earth Sick (2014), features the singles "Head Up High" and "Nothing Is Over". Oh Land's first soundtrack album, Askepot , was distributed digitally in 2016 and accompanies a live opera retelling of Cinderella. [3] A music video was created for Wish Bone's "Love You Better" in 2016, prompting it to chart on the digital component chart in Denmark at number six. The singer announced that she planned to release her fifth studio album titled Family Tree on 3 May 2019. [4] It reached number 35 in Denmark and spawned three singles: "Human Error", "Brief Moment", and "Kiss in Songs". Oh Land released numerous non-album singles in the 2020s, including "I Miss One Week Ago", "Listen a Little Less", and "Julefeber", the lattermost of which reached the top 40 in Denmark and was certified Gold. Her sixth studio album, Loop Soup , was released in September 2023 and supported by the singles "Bleeed", "My Freak", and "Bucket List".

Oh Land is the second studio album by Danish singer Oh Land, released on 14 March 2011 by Fake Diamond Records, Epic Records, and A:larm Music. Before moving to Brooklyn in 2010, she met with a representative from Epic Records at a SXSW event and was eventually signed to the label in 2009. She began working on the album, collaborating with musicians like Jimmy Harry, Dan Carey, and Lester Mendez. A digital extended play titled Oh Land EP was released in October 2010, featuring five songs that would later appear on the parent album.
"Sun of a Gun" is the major-label debut song recorded by Danish recording artist Oh Land. It is taken from her self-titled second studio album Oh Land (2011). It was released as the album's lead single on 4 October 2010 by Fake Diamond Records and Sony Music Entertainment. Elsewhere, the single was released on 24 April 2011 as a CD single and 7-inch single. A Europop and synth-pop song, its lyrics describe a troubled relationship by comparing its effects to the orbit of the Sun. The track was written by Jimmy Harry and Nanna Øland Fabricius, with Dave McCracken solely producing it.
"Speak Out Now" is a song recorded by Danish recording artist Oh Land, taken from the deluxe edition of her eponymous and second studio album (2011). It was released as the album's fifth and final single on 28 November 2011 by Fake Diamond Records. The track was written by Nanna Øland Fabricius, Kristian Leth, and Fridolin Nordsø, with production being handled by the latter two.
Wish Bone is the third studio album by Danish recording artist Oh Land, released on 16 September 2013 by Tusk or Tooth and A:larm Music. "Time Will Tell" is a song recorded by Japanese–American singer Hikaru Utada, taken as the lead single from her debut album First Love (1999). It was released on December 9, 1998, through Toshiba-EMI in three physical formats: mini CD single, standard CD single and 12" vinyl. Additionally, the single was originally served as a B-side to "Automatic", but was changed into an A-side. The song was written and co-produced by Utada herself, while Akira Miyake and the singer's father Teruzane Utada served as producers. Despite working recording in English under the name Cubic U, "Time Will Tell" is Utada's first Japanese recording, and was released after she enrolled into high school in Japan.
"Renaissance Girls" is a song by Danish recording artist Oh Land, taken from her third studio album Wish Bone (2013). It was released as the album's lead single on 6 August 2013 by Tusk or Tooth and A:larm Music. The track was written by Nanna Øland Fabricius, while David Andrew Sitek solely produced it. Musically an electropop song, the lyrics discuss finding a balance between societal roles and tasks that a woman might perform, alongside accomplishing her dreams. Oh Land questions why the term "renaissance men" exists when there is no female counterpart.

The song was written by Kumi herself, whilst composing and production was handled by Kikuchi Kazuhito and Max Matsuura respectively. Musically, it is an R&B song that incorporates synthesizers and keyboards, and describes two lovers believing in each other.
