Opsariichthys is a genus of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Xenocyprididae, the East Asian minnows or sharpbellies [2] [1] found in freshwater habitats in Mainland China (including Hainan), Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. [3]
