This is a list of the Pakistan women's national football team results from 2010 to the present.
The team made its debut at the 2010 South Asian Games, [1] before participating in the first three editions of the biennial SAFF Women's Championship. [2] [3] The team saw no action from 2014 to 2022 due to several FIFA suspensions served by the Pakistan Football Federation as a result of infighting and political interference in the federation. [4] [5] After FIFA lifted its most recent suspension on 30 June 2022, [6] Pakistan played its first match in almost eight years on 7 September 2022, when it faced off against India in its opening match of the 2022 SAFF Women's Championship. [7]
In September 2023, the Pakistan women's national football team participated in international competitions. [8] They also participated in a six-nation tournament in Saudi Arabia, where they secured a victory over Laos in a match that ended in a penalty shootout. [9] In April 2023 during the AFC Olympic Qualifiers by winning their first-ever competitive fixture against Tajikistan, finishing third in Group E of round one of the qualifiers for the Paris Olympics 2024. In July 2023, the Pakistan women’s football team participated in a friendly match against Singapore. [12] [13]

The Bangladesh national football team is the national recognised football team of Bangladesh and is controlled by the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF). It is a member of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) since 1973 and of FIFA since 1976, even though the Bangladesh Football Federation was first founded in 1972. Bangladesh was elected as a member of the AFC Executive Committee in 1982–1986 and 1998–2002. The current Executive Committee was elected democratically, under an AFC approved constitution and direct supervision of FIFA & AFC, in October 2020.
The Pakistan national football team represents Pakistan in men's international football in FIFA-authorized events and is controlled by the Pakistan Football Federation, the governing body for football in Pakistan. Pakistan became a member of FIFA in 1948 and joined the Asian Football Confederation in 1950.
The South Asian Football Federation Championship, is the main subcontinental international association football competition of the men's national football teams governed by the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF). All seven teams are eligible to compete in tournament.
The India national under-17 football team represents India in international football at the under-17 level. Controlled by the All India Football Federation, the governing body for football in India, the team is part of the Asian Football Confederation and the South Asian Football Federation.
The Oman national football team is the national team of Oman that has represented Oman in international competitions since 1978. Although the team was officially founded in 1978, the squad was formed long before, and a proper football association was formed only in December 2005. The team is governed by the Oman Football Association.

The 2021 SAFF Championship, known as Ooredoo SAFF Championship 2021 for sponsorship reasons, was the thirteenth edition of the SAFF Championship, the biennial international men's football championship of South Asia organised by South Asian Football Federation (SAFF). Initially, it was decided to be hosted by Pakistan in 2020, but was postponed to September 2021 in Bangladesh. However, the tournament was postponed again to October due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with Maldives as host.

The Pakistan women's U-17 national football team is a youth women's football team operated under the Pakistan Football Federation. The team has so far represented Pakistan at the AFC U-17 Women's Championship and the SAFF U-15 Women's Championship.
