Further to the 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies, the composition of the constituency is as follows (as they existed on 1 December 2020):

The seat replaced the former constituency of Pendle, excluding the community of Brierfield (transferred to Burnley), extending northwards into the Ribble Valley constituency to include the town of Clitheroe. [3]
