State Route 276 is a state highway in remote portions of San Juan County,eastern Garfield County,and Kane County,in the southeast of the U.S. state of Utah. The route is used as an access to Lake Powell,serving the small resort towns of Ticaboo and Bullfrog. Historically,SR-276 crossed Lake Powell via the Charles Hall Ferry,the only auto ferry in the state of Utah;however,the ferry is currently out of service due to low water levels. The entire route is part of the Trail of the Ancients National Scenic Byway. Lake Powell separates the route into two sections;the eastern section was numbered State Route 263 prior to the existence of the ferry.

The Salt Palace was an indoor arena located in downtown Salt Lake City,Utah. Opened in 1969,the building hosted several professional sport teams,concerts,and other special events before it was closed and demolished in the 1990s to make way for the current Salt Palace Convention Center.
Recapture Canyon is a canyon along Recapture Creek east of Blanding,San Juan County,Utah,United States. It is an archaeological site,and is located on federal land. The Bureau of Land Management closed it to motorized vehicles in 2007 due to damage caused by illegal trail construction.
Bears Ears National Monument is a United States national monument located in San Juan County in southeastern Utah,established by President Barack Obama by presidential proclamation on December 28,2016. The monument protects 1,351,849 acres of public land surrounding the Bears Ears—a pair of buttes—and the Indian Creek corridor rock climbing area. The Native American names for the buttes have the same meaning in each of the languages represented in the region. The names are listed in the presidential proclamation as "Hoon’Naqvut,Shash Jáa [sic],KwiyaghatʉNükavachi/Kwiyagatu Nukavachi,Ansh An Lashokdiwe"—all four mean "Bears Ears".
