"Piece of Your Heart" is a song by Italian production trio Meduza featuring British vocal trio Goodboys,released as a single by Virgin Records on 1 February 2019. It peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart and topped the US Dance Club Songs chart. [1] As of October 2022,the song has amassed more than 840 million streams on Spotify. [2] The song also appears in Meduza's self-titled album.
Both Meduza and Goodboys are co-managed by the same management company and had a mutual friend,and began working at the same studio in London in 2018. While recording,Joshua Grimmett from Goodboys spoke through the talk box and said "Sorry,just quickly..." before singing the "da-da-da-da" hook. Both groups have different managers at the company,with one saying the remark should be taken out,while the other said it should be kept in. Mattia Vitale from Meduza said that he hoped that the song inspired other producers to make house records that will be played on the radio. [3]

"Play Hard" is a song by French DJ and record producer David Guetta featuring vocals from American singers Ne-Yo and Akon. It was released on 15 March 2013 as the third single from the 2012 re-release of Guetta's fifth studio album, Nothing but the Beat (2011). This is the third collaboration between Guetta and Akon since "Sexy Bitch" in 2009 and "Crank It Up" in 2011. All three artists co-wrote the song along with Frédéric Riesterer and Giorgio Tuinfort, both of whom produced the song with Guetta. It features a prominent synthesizer riff sampled from the 1998 song "Better Off Alone" by Dutch Eurodance project Alice Deejay; as a result, Sebastiaan Molijn and Eelke Kalberg are credited as songwriters.
"Dangerous" is a song by French music producer David Guetta released as the second single from his sixth studio album, Listen. It features vocals by American singer and songwriter Sam Martin, who had also appeared on Guetta's previous single "Lovers on the Sun". It was released as a digital download on 6 October 2014 and reached number one in fourteen countries. Meduza is an Italian house music production group consisting of three members: Luca de Gregorio, Mattia Vitale and Simone Giani. They are best known for their 2019 breakthrough songs "Piece of Your Heart", which was a collaboration with British production trio Goodboys and "Lose Control" which was also a collaboration with Goodboys and British singer Becky Hill. "Piece of Your Heart" reached number two on the UK Singles Chart upon release, and was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording.
