Randolph is an unincorporated community and coal town in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. Randolph Coal Company operated a mine in Randolph in 1918. [2]
The abolitionist John Brown was named Postmaster of not Randolph, but was named Postmaster of Randolph Township where his Tannery was located in Crawford County by John Quincy Adams and then again by President Andrew Jackson in the 1830s. He remained in Randolph Township, Crawford County until 1835.
