The Red and Black Alliance (Albanian : Aleanca Kuq e Zi) is a nationalist [2] [5] political party in Albania. It was created by Kreshnik Spahiu, the former Deputy Head of the High Council of Justice of Albania. It has sometimes been described as ultra-nationalist. It is the first nationalist/far right party in Albania to be led by a woman, Lumturi Ratkoceri.
On March 20, 2012 the Alliance turned into a political party. [1]
On January 8, 2013, the Alliance requested permission from the Central Election Commission of Albania to hold a referendum for the union of Albania with Kosovo. [6]
On that same date the Alliance denounced to the Law enforcement authorities of Albania the member of parliament Spiro Ksera, current Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities of Albania, for anti national activities, connections with the Greek extremist party of Golden Dawn, and for having employed as a counselor Theofan Kaliviotis, an Albania-born ethnic Greek, who is the head of the irredentist movement for the Independence of Northern Epirus from Albania. Greater Albania is an irredentist and nationalist concept that seeks to unify the lands that many Albanians consider to form their national homeland. It is based on claims on the present-day or historical presence of Albanian populations in those areas. Kreshnik Spahiu is an Albanian lawyer and politician. In 1991, he graduated in Law from the University of Tirana. He is the founder and leader of the Red and Black Alliance since 2012. Between 2007 and 2012 he was head of the High Council of Justice of Albania until he resigned on 10 February.

The Alliance for Equality and European Justice is a political party of Albania representing the Aromanian minority of the country. The ABDE was founded on 28 October 2011 in Durrës by a group of enthusiastic Aromanians led by Valentino Mustaka, the president of the party, and Koçi Janko. Afterwards, the members of the party began a signature collection campaign to fit the requirements of Albanian law that ask for parties to have 3,000 signatures to be legally registered. The ABDE obtained 3,899 signatures in favor of this and submitted a legal registration request that was accepted on 17 February 2012.
