Remembering Now is the upcoming 47th studio album by Northern Irish singer-songwriter Van Morrison, to be released on 13 June 2025, by Exile Productions and Virgin Records. It is Van Morrison's return to original songwriting following cover albums and reworkings of his songs. The first single, "Down to Joy", was released on 27 February 2025, [1] having originally appeared in the soundtrack to the 2021 Kenneth Branagh film Belfast and subsequently been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Song. [2] Other contributors to the album include Fiachra Trench, Don Black and Seth Lakeman. [3]
