The MT:S Open powered by Sony Ericsson (known until 2009 as the GEMAX Open) and now known as the Serbia Challenger Open is a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It is part of the ATP Challenger Tour and the Challenger series of the WTA Tour. It was held annually at the Tennis Club Gemax until 2010 before its relocation to the Novak Tennis Centre since 2021 in Belgrade, Serbia. The tournament was first played in 2002. The women's edition started in 2021.

Nenad Zimonjić is a Serbian professional tennis player who was ranked world No. 1 in doubles.
The Miami Open is an annual professional tennis tournament held in Miami Gardens, Florida, United States. It is played on outdoor hard courts at the Hard Rock Stadium, and is held in late March and early April. The tournament is part of the ATP Masters 1000 events on the ATP Tour and part of the WTA 1000 events on the WTA Tour.
The ATP Challenger Tour, known until the end of 2008 as the ATP Challenger Series, is a series of international men's professional tennis tournaments. It was founded in 1976 when it replaced the ILTF Satellite Circuit as the second tier of tennis. The Challenger Tour events are the second-highest tier of tennis competition, behind the ATP Tour. The ITF World Tennis Tour tournaments are on the entry-level of international professional tennis competition. The ATP Challenger Tour is administered by the Association of Tennis Professionals. Players who succeed on the ATP Challenger Tour earn sufficient ranking points to become eligible for main draw or qualifying draw entry at ATP Tour tournaments. Players on the Challenger Tour are usually young players looking to advance their careers, those who fail to qualify for ATP events, or former ATP players looking to get back into the big tour.
Janko Tipsarević is a Serbian politician and former professional tennis player serving as a member of the City Assembly of Belgrade since 21 June 2024. He is a member of the populist Serbian Progressive Party (SNS).
Jamie Delgado is a British tennis coach and former professional player. Delgado has represented Great Britain in the Davis Cup, most recently in 2006.
Viktor Troicki is a Serbian former professional tennis player. He won his first ATP singles title at the 2010 Kremlin Cup, and his second and third ATP singles titles at the 2015 and 2016 Apia International Sydney. His biggest achievements were a career-high singles ranking of world No. 12 and winning the deciding rubber in Serbia's Davis Cup final against France in 2010. Since then, in every Davis Cup he attended, he has contributed to Serbia reaching a quarterfinal or better. He is known for serving a 12-month ban for an anti-doping rule violation in 2013–14 for missing a blood test. By winning the inaugural ATP Cup in 2020, Troicki became the first player in tennis Open Era history to win all three major team competitions. In December 2020, Troicki was appointed captain of the Serbian team for the Davis Cup and ATP Cup.
Filip Krajinović is a Serbian former professional tennis player. He achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 26 on 23 April 2018.
The Brawo Open, known as Nord/LB Open until 2010 and the Sparkassen Open until 2021, is a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor red clay courts. It is currently part of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Challenger Tour. It is held annually at the Braunschweiger Tennis- und Hockey Club in Braunschweig, Germany, since 1994.
The Serbia Open was a professional tennis tournament, part of the ATP 250 series and the ATP Tour. Held in Belgrade, Serbia and played on outdoor clay courts, the event was held for the first time in 2009. It was the first for Serbia, as the country had never before hosted an Association of Tennis Professionals tournament. The tournament was held as a combined men's and women's event in 2021. This marked the first time in history a WTA tournament was held in Serbia. The last edition was played in 2022, after which the tournament moved for a one-year period to Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina and rebranded as Srpska Open.

Bojan Božović is a Serbian former professional tennis player and tennis coach. In his career, Božović defeated several world-renowned players, such as Ernests Gulbis, Robin Haase, Marin Čilić, Sergei Bubka, and Fabio Fognini, but he is now better known for his role in Novak Djokovic's junior career.
