Syrian Council of Tribes and Clans is a militant organization in Syria. The group is led by Abdul Moneim al-Naseef.

History

It was founded in 2019 to unite the arab clans on the Euphrates. ^[4] In 2024 they met with Hikmat al-Hijri on Syrian unity. ^[5] In 2025 they congratulated Ahmed al-Sharaa on his victory against Ba'athist Syria. ^[6]

During Southern Syria clashes they fought against the Druze militias but declared their withdrawal from Suwayda Governorate. ^{[7] [8]} Where the group condemned Israel's attacks on Syria. ^[9]
