Technological University (Kyaukse) is a university under the Ministry of Education. It is located at Kyaukse township, Mandalay Region, Myanmar. Government Technical Institute (Kyaukse) was initially opened on 9, December, 1998 at Myopet Street, Yesu Quarter in Kyaukse. The board of the government of Union of Myanmar upgraded it to the Government Technological College (Kyaukse) on 210, January, 2001 and then it to Technological University (Kyaukse) on 20, January, 2007.

Technological University (Hmawbi), under Ministry of Science and Technology (Ministry of Education in 2016-2021), is located on the east of the Yangon-Pyay Highway Road, near in Hmawbi Township in the Yangon Region, Myanmar. Its area is 78.04 acres (31.58 ha). At first, it was opened as a Technical High School (T.H.S) on 1 June 1989. Technological University (Myeik) (Burmese: နည်းပညာတက္ကသိုလ် (မြိတ်)) is situated on the side of the Yangon-Myeik road and is about 7.87 acres wide, at the village of Kabin, in the township of Myeik, Taninthayi Region, Myanmar. Technological University (Yamethin) (Burmese: နည်းပညာတက္ကသိုလ်( ရမည်းသင်း)) is located at Yamethin, Mandalay Region of Myanmar. It was established as the Government Technical Institute (GTI) under the Department of Technological Promotion and Coordination on 11 November 1999. It became Government Technological College (GTC) on 24 April 2009. On 22 April 2010, it developed the Technological University- Yamethin (TU-YMT) under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
