<i>Face Yourself</i> 2018 studio album by BTS

Face Yourself is the third Japanese and fifth overall studio album by South Korean boy band BTS released on April 4, 2018, through Big Hit, Virgin, Universal Music Japan and Def Jam Recordings. The album contains Japanese versions of songs previously released on the group's second Korean studio album Wings (2016), and the Love Yourself: Her (2017) extended play (EP), as well as three new, original Japanese-language tracks: "Don't Leave Me", "Let Go", and "Crystal Snow". Its debut at number 43 on the Billboard 200 made it the third-highest-charting Japanese album in the history of the chart.

Chinese boy band and the fourth overall sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT, WayV, has released two studio albums, one reissue, five extended plays (EP), one single album, and eleven singles with SM Entertainment's Chinese sub-label, Label V. WayV debuted in 2019 with the single album The Vision, with a Chinese version of NCT 127's "Regular" as the lead single. In the same year, the group entered the Billboard World Albums chart for the first time with their first EP, Take Off. Their second EP, Take Over the Moon, was released on October 29, 2019, and debuted in the South Korean Gaon Album Chart and Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart. In 2020, WayV's first studio album, Awaken the World, managed to enter the top ten on both Gaon and Billboard World Albums chart as well as became the group's first entry on the Japanese Oricon and Billboard Japan charts. In 2021, WayV managed to top the Gaon Album Chart for the first time with their third EP, Kick Back, which also earned the group their first certification for selling more than 250,000 copies in South Korea. After almost two years of hiatus, WayV released their fourth EP, Phantom, in December 2022 as a sextet.

Later that year, they released their first extended play, We Young, alongside its lead single of the same name. In 2018, they recorded the single "Go" for NCT's first studio album as a complete group, titled NCT 2018 Empathy. Their second extended play, We Go Up, was their first entry on the Oricon Albums Chart, charting at number 11. It was released in September 2018 alongside its lead single of the same name. The following year, they released their third extended play, We Boom. It spawned one single, "Boom". Their first Japanese-language extended play, The Dream, released in January 2020, was their first release to chart atop the Oricon Albums Chart. In April 2020, they released their fifth extended play, Reload. It spawned one single, "Ridin'".
