Although her follow-up albums, Growing Up and IU...IM, brought mainstream success, it was only after the release of "Good Day", the lead single from her 2010 album Real, that she achieved national stardom. "Good Day" went on to spend five consecutive weeks at the top of South Korea's Gaon Digital Chart, and in 2019, it was ranked number one on Billboard's "100 Greatest K-Pop Songs of the 2010s" list.

Lee Sun-mi, known mononymously as Sunmi, is a South Korean singer, dancer, songwriter and record producer. She debuted in 2007 as a member of South Korean girl group Wonder Girls and left the group in 2010 to pursue her studies. After a three-year hiatus, Sunmi resumed her career as a soloist with her 2013 debut extended play, Full Moon, spawning the number two singles "24 Hours" and "Full Moon" on the national Gaon Digital Chart.

Mamamoo is a South Korean girl group formed by RBW in 2014, composed of four members: Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein and Hwasa. The group officially debuted with their single "Mr. Ambiguous" on June 18, 2014. Their debut was considered by some critics as one of the best K-pop debuts of 2014. They are recognized for their retro, jazz, R&B concepts and their strong vocal performances.

Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul, known professionally as Ten, is a Thai singer and dancer based in South Korea and China. He debuted with South Korean boy group NCT in 2016 as part of its first sub-unit, NCT U. Since 2019, he has been active mainly as a member of NCT's China-based unit WayV and the South Korean supergroup SuperM. Ten has also released several solo singles through the SM Station project: "Dream in a Dream" (2017), "New Heroes" (2018), "Paint Me Naked" (2021) and "Birthday" (2022).

WayV is a Chinese boy band and the fourth overall sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT, managed by SM Entertainment's Chinese sub-label, Label V. The group is composed of seven members: Kun, Ten, Winwin, Lucas, Xiaojun, Hendery, and Yangyang. They debuted on January 17, 2019, with the digital extended play (EP) The Vision.

Chinese boy band and the fourth overall sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT, WayV, has released one studio albums, one reissue, three extended plays (EP), one single album, and nine singles with SM Entertainment's Chinese sub-label, Label V. WayV debuted in 2019 with the single album The Vision, with a Chinese version of NCT 127's "Regular" as the lead single. In the same year, the group entered the Billboard World Albums chart for the first time with their first EP, Take Off. Their second EP, Take Over the Moon, was released on October 29, 2019, and debuted in the South Korean Gaon Album Chart and Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart. In 2020, WayV's first studio album, Awaken the World, managed to enter the top ten on both Gaon and Billboard World Albums chart as well as became the group's first entry on the Japanese Oricon and Billboard Japan charts. In 2021, WayV managed to top the Gaon Album Chart for the first time with their third EP, Kick Back, which also earned the group their first certification for selling more than 250,000 copies in South Korea.

In China, he has appeared as a regular cast member of the seventh and ninth season of the popular variety show Keep Running.

<i>Take Off</i> (WayV EP) 2019 EP by WayV

Take Off is the first extended play (EP) by the Chinese boy band WayV. It was released on May 9, 2019, by Label V and SM Entertainment with a lead single of the same name. Consisting of three previously released songs and three new songs, it features participation from songwriters and production teams, such as The Stereotypes, LDN Noise, Yoo Young-jin, and others. Upon its release, the EP debuted at seventh on the Billboard World Albums Chart and claimed number one on the iTunes Top Album Chart in 30 regions. Meanwhile, "Take Off" peaked at number one on the QQ Music Popularity Real-time Chart.

<i>Clé 2: Yellow Wood</i> 2019 EP by Stray Kids

Clé 2: Yellow Wood is the first special album and fifth extended play by South Korean boy group Stray Kids. It was released digitally and physically on June 19, 2019, by JYP Entertainment and distributed through Dreamus. The album consists of three new songs, including the single "부작용 ", alongside all four "Mixtape" songs, available previously only on the physical CD releases of their previous four EPs, this is the last release with their founding member Woojin following the departure at the end of October prior to their release with their sixth extended play Clé: Levanter in December 2019 after their release of the song "Astronaut".

<i>Purpose</i> (Taeyeon album) 2019 studio album by Taeyeon

Purpose is the second studio album by South Korean singer Taeyeon. It was released through SM Entertainment on October 28, 2019. It features 12 tracks, including the Gaon number-one single "Four Seasons" and its B-side "Blue" alongside ten new tracks, including the title track "Spark". On January 15, 2020, a repackage edition of Purpose was released including three new songs, including title track "Dear Me". Musically, it is a pop record that contains influences of ballad, R&B, blues and jazz. The album was originally set to be released on October 22, 2019, but was postponed until October 28 due to the passing of Sulli.

<i>Awaken the World</i> 2020 studio album by WayV

Awaken the World is the first studio album by Chinese boy band WayV. It was released digitally on June 9, 2020, and physically on June 18, 2020, by Label V and SM Entertainment, with Dreamus as the South Korean distributor and Owhat as the distributor for China. A full-length release which consists of ten songs that fall mostly in the hip-hop and R&B genres with influences from synth-pop, Awaken the World saw the participation of various songwriters and production teams that have worked with SM previously, namely Moonshine, Tay Jasper, Adrian McKinnon, Mike Daley, Mitchell Owens, Deez, Dsign Music, Cazzi Opeia, Ryan S. Jhun, Vedo, LDN Noise, MZMC, and others. Members Hendery and Yangyang also participated in lyric writing for some of the album tracks.

<i>NCT 2020 Resonance</i> 2020 studio album by NCT

NCT 2020 Resonance is the second studio album by South Korean boy band NCT, an unlimited group project under the management of SM Entertainment. Similar to their previous release NCT 2018 Empathy, NCT 2020 Resonance is part of the "NCT 2020" project; which saw all current NCT members from several units collaborating on a full-length release. This time, the album features all 21 members from three current units of NCT; NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV, while introducing two new NCT members, namely Shotaro and Sungchan. The first part was released on October 12, 2020, and the second part was then released on November 23, 2020.

<i>Kick Back</i> 2021 EP by WayV

Kick Back is the third extended play by the Chinese boy band WayV with the lead single of the same name. It was released on March 10, 2021, by Label V and SM Entertainment, with Dreamus as the South Korean distributor and Owhat as the distributor for China. Consisting of six songs that fall mostly in the R&B genre with influences from hip-hop and pop, Kick Back featured the participation of various songwriters and production teams that have worked with SM previously, namely Alawn, Jasmine Kara, Bobii Lewis, Ebenezer Fabiyi, Dsign Music, Hyuk Shin, Simon Petrén, Cazzi Opeia, Ryan S. Jhun, and others.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Can't Control Myself (Taeyeon song)</span> 2022 single by Taeyeon

"Can't Control Myself" is a song recorded by South Korean singer Taeyeon for her third studio album INVU. It was released on January 17, 2022, by SM Entertainment as a pre-release single from the album. The song is written by Taeyeon with Moon Seol-ri, composed by Celine Svanbäck, and Mich Hansen, alongside Lauritz Emil Christiansen, Jacob Ubizz, and Ryan Jhun, whom also arranged the song.
