For the third consecutive season, the knockouts came before the battle rounds. This time, each coach needs to group their teams into four groups of four artists each. Each artist will sing a different song. Only one will win per group. Steals were decreased from two to one this season, but for the first time, coaches are allowed to save one losing artist from their team.
At the end of the round, 6 artists per team remain, for a total of 24 artists advancing to the battle round.

The Voice is an international reality television singing competition franchise originally created by Dutch producer John de Mol and Dutch singer Roel van Velzen.
The Voice is an American singing reality competition television series that premiered on NBC on April 26, 2011. Based on the original The Voice of Holland and part of the Voice franchise, it has aired 25 seasons and aims to find unsigned singing talent contested by aspiring singers drawn from public auditions. Singers must be at least 13 years of age to compete.
The Voice is an Australian singing competition television series. It premiered on the Nine Network on 14 April 2012, before moving to the Seven Network in 2021. Based on the original The Voice of Holland, and part of The Voice franchise, its first nine seasons aired on the Nine Network, with its tenth season commencing on the Seven Network on 8 August 2021.
Holos Krainy is a Ukrainian reality talent show that premiered on the 1+1 network on 22 May 2011. Holos Krainy is part of the international syndication The Voice based on the reality singing competition launched in the Netherlands as The Voice of Holland, created by Dutch television producer John de Mol. It was the second international adaptation of the programme, after the American version. There is also a children version of the same show, Holos. Dity.
The Voice Indonesia is an Indonesian reality television singing competition created by John de Mol. It premiered in February 10, 2013 on Indosiar.
The Voice เสียงจริงตัวจริง, is a Thai reality television series on the Channel 3 television network. It premiered on 9 September 2012 on Channel 3. The format is adapted from the original Dutch version, The Voice of Holland. The program was commissioned after a successful first season in the United States, where the program aired on NBC domestically, and AXN Asia regionally. It is produced by True Music and Toh-Klom Televisions. After producing six seasons, in 2018, the show was acquired by PPTV HD for two seasons. After 2 years passed, during the COVID-19 pandemic, The Voice Thailand came back with the "All Stars" season in One31.
The fourth season of The Voice of Vietnam began on 12 February 2017. Thu Minh returned for her second season as a coach, while former Vietnam Idol Kids judge Tóc Tiên, The Voice Kids judges Noo Phước Thịnh and Đông Nhi joined the show, replacing Đàm Vĩnh Hưng, Thu Phương, Mỹ Tâm and Tuấn Hưng. This season marks the first time in any franchise of The Voice worldwide to have 3 female coaches and only one male coach.
The first season of the Philippine reality singing competition The Voice Teens premiered on April 16, 2017 on ABS-CBN. Lea Salonga, Bamboo Mañalac and Sharon Cuneta, who had appeared in the third season of The Voice Kids returned to the show as coaches; they will also be accompanied by Sarah Geronimo, who had returned to the franchise after a season hiatus. The show is hosted by Toni Gonzaga and Luis Manzano — the two previously teamed up in hosting the second season of The Voice of the Philippines. The show airs every Saturdays 7:15 p.m. (PST) and Sundays at 7:00 p.m. (PST). It originally ran for 60 minutes until I Can Do That concluded, in which the show's run time was extended to 75 minutes. The finale aired on July 30, 2017 with Jona Marie Soquite of Team Sarah as the champion.
The sixth season of The Voice Kids of Vietnam- Giọng hát Việt nhí began on 8 September 2018 on VTV3. The coaching panel this season consists of six coaches divided into three duo coaches. Veteran coaches Hồ Hoài Anh & Lưu Hương Giang returned to the show after a two-season hiatus, as well as Vũ Cát Tường and Soobin Hoàng Sơn who both returned from the last season. Singer Bảo Anh and music producer Khắc Hưng joined as new coaches. This season marked the first time in any version of The Voice worldwide to have three different duo coaches, and the second time in the whole franchise that the judging panel consists of six coaches, following the Belgian-Flemish Kids version.
The fifth season of The Voice of Vietnam began on May 20, 2018. The coaching panel this season consists of returning coaches Thu Phương, Tóc Tiên, Noo Phước Thịnh; and former The Voice Kids coach Lam Trường.
The sixteenth season of the American reality television show The Voice premiered on February 25, 2019, on NBC. Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, and Blake Shelton returning as coaches from the previous season. John Legend was a new addition as a coach this season, replacing Jennifer Hudson. This became the eleventh season to feature three male coaches on the panel since season ten. For the second time, the show featured a fifth coach, Bebe Rexha, who selected contestants to participate in The Comeback Stage, replacing Kelsea Ballerini as the fifth coach.

The seventeenth season of the American reality television show The Voice premiered on September 23, 2019, on NBC. John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton returned as coaches for their second, fourth, and seventeenth seasons, respectively. Gwen Stefani, who last coached in the twelfth season in 2017, returned after a four season-hiatus, replacing Adam Levine. With Levine's departure, Shelton serves as the last remaining coach from the show's inaugural season. Meanwhile, Carson Daly returned for his seventeenth season as host.
The third season of The Voice, the Indian reality talent show, premiered on 3 February 2019 on StarPlus and concluded on 4 May 2019, with Sumit Saini being crowned as the winner.
The ninth season of the talent show The Voice of Germany premiered on September 12, 2019 on ProSieben and on September 15, 2019 on Sat.1. The coaches were the singer and songwriter Mark Forster returning for his third season, while songwriter and singer Rea Garvey, who last coached in the fifth season returned alongside new coaches, pop musician Alice Merton and rapper Sido, who replaced Michi & Smudo, Yvonne Catterfeld and Michael Patrick Kelly. For the first time in its history, the show featured a fifth coach, Nico Santos, who selected contestants to participate in The Voice: Comeback Stage by SEAT. Meanwhile hosts Thore Schölermann returned for his eighth season and Lena Gercke returned for her fifth season.
The sixth season of The Voice of Vietnam, a Vietnamese reality television show, began on April 14, 2019. All four coaches from the previous season did not return, leaving the panel to be renewed with Hồ Hoài Anh, Thanh Hà, Tuấn Ngọc and Tuấn Hưng.
The seventh season of The Voice Kids of Vietnam – Giọng hát Việt nhí began on 20 July 2019 on VTV3. All three duo coaches and the main host did not return, leaving the panel to be entirely renewed this season. On 12 June 2019, it was announced that former host and The Voice season 4 Ali Hoàng Dương would return, this time as a coach alongside former music executive Lưu Thiên Hương as a new duo coach; whereas former coach Dương Khắc Linh would return with singer Phạm Quỳnh Anh. Musician Dương Cầm and 2018 Miss International Queen Hương Giang joined the show as a new duo coach, while actresses Gil Lê and Khả Ngân also debuted as hosts. The previous season's coach, Hồ Hoài Anh, once again became the show's music executive.
The second season of the Philippine reality singing competition The Voice Teens premiered on February 8, 2020, on ABS-CBN. Lea Salonga, Bamboo Mañalac and Sarah Geronimo returned to the show as coaches. The Voice of the Philippines coach apl.de.ap returned to the franchise after four years of hiatus, replacing Sharon Cuneta. The show is hosted by Alex Gonzaga and Luis Manzano – the two have previously worked together as hosts of the first season of The Voice Kids.
The fourth season of the Indonesian reality talent show The Voice Kids Indonesia premiered on February 4, on GTV with Marcell Siahaan returning for his second time as coach, while Yura Yunita & Rizky Febian and Isyana Sarasvati replacing Agnez Mo and Kaka Satriaji. This season initially will be aired at 2020, but delayed in 2021 because of COVID-19 pandemic.
The thirteenth season of the talent show The Voice of Germany premiered on 21 September 2023. The show was broadcast by two local TV stations, ProSieben and Sat.1, during the Blind Auditions and the Battles. The rest episodes of the season were broadcast by Sat.1 only.
