Tiller is an unincorporated community in Douglas County, Oregon, United States.It is located on Oregon Route 227 and the South Umpqua River, in the Umpqua National Forest.

In 2017, many of the town's properties were offered for sale for $3.85 million.The asking price included 257 contiguous acres encompassing most of the town's buildings as well as wooded hilltops and approximately 2 million board feet of marketable lumber. The sale did not include the community church, pastor's residence, fire station, and several other properties. After a year of negotiation, a Garden Grove, California-based company called Global Shopping Mall registered to Timothy Pham signed the deed in September 2018. In 2019, a spokesman for Pham told The News-Review that there was not yet a "master plan" for developing the town, but the corporation hoped to develop a summer children's program in the area. On August 17, 2021, Tiller Town Corporation was incorporated as an Oregon corporation, although the owner's development plans remained unannounced.
In October 2022, local residents quoted in The Oregonian described Global Shopping Mall as "absentee business owners" and complained that blackberry vines were overtaking the abandoned buildings, causing a potential fire hazard.Reporting in The News-Review in April 2023 indicated that Global Shopping Mall was three years delinquent on property taxes for all 28 of the parcels, and that the company had been suspended by the Franchise Tax Board of California, where it had been incorporated.
Lloyd Center is a shopping mall in the Lloyd District of Portland, Oregon, United States, just northeast of downtown. It is owned by Arrow Retail of Dallas. The mall features three floors of shopping, with the third level serving mostly as professional office spaces, a food court, and U.S. Education Corporation's Carrington College. Lloyd Center also includes the Lloyd Center Ice Skating Rink, which has become the main draw for the mall. There are currently no anchors in the mall. There are vacant anchor spaces left by Macy's, Marshalls, Nordstrom, and Sears. Junior anchors include Barnes & Noble and Ross Dress for Less.

Jantzen Beach Center is an outdoor shopping mall located in Portland, Oregon, on Hayden Island in the Columbia River, known as Jantzen Beach SuperCenter from 1996 until about 2012. Opened in 1972 as an indoor mall, sometimes known informally as Jantzen Beach Mall, it was largely torn down in 1995–96 for big box development. The remaining enclosed portion included Ross Dress for Less, Burlington Coat Factory and Target as its anchor stores until April 2012, when renovation work began. A new one-story Target store was constructed on the property over the site of a former Barnes & Noble bookstore and restaurant, opening in October 2012.

Swansea Mall was a regional shopping mall located in Swansea, Massachusetts. It served the Southeastern Massachusetts area. Located off Exit 3 of I-195, the building is situated at the intersection of U.S. Route 6 and Massachusetts Route 118, on Swansea Mall Drive. It had three out-parcel buildings: a Walmart building behind the mall, a former Toys "R" Us, a shared PriceRite & Dollar Tree. The Swansea Crossings shopping plaza is across the street, and contains a Big Lots and a Regal Cinemas movie theater. The mall closed permanently on March 31, 2019. It was purchased by Anagnost Companies in May 2019 at auction. Redevelopment has begun on the mall.

Opened in 1989, the center is along Tualatin Valley Highway at Minter Bridge Road and includes about five anchor tenants and about thirty other tenants in a complex with about 363,000 square feet (33,700 m2) of space. Neighbors opposed the center when it was proposed, due to concerns over increased traffic and how it would blend with existing residential neighborhoods. After appeals to the Hillsboro City Council and state land use board, the $23 million project received approval almost two years after first proposed.
