Gloria Dei Church, known locally as Old Swedes', is a historic church located in the Southwark neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at 929 South Water Street, bounded by Christian Street on the north, South Christopher Columbus Boulevard on the east, and Washington Avenue on the south. It was built between 1698 and 1700, making it the oldest church in Pennsylvania and second oldest Swedish church in the United States after Holy Trinity Church in Wilmington, Delaware.
Cordelia Lutheran Church was dedicated by Pastor Peter Carlson on December 15, 1883, and is the oldest Lutheran building in the state of Idaho. The church was built on property given by Andrew Olson in the Lenville, Idaho area to serve the Swedish Lutheran families in the area. In 1919, the building ceased to be used for regular church services. The building and surrounding 31 acres (13 ha) is currently owned and administered by a non-profit group named Friends of Cordelia. The building is used for weddings, picnics, socials, concerts and Easter Sunrise service by area residents.
The Historic Trinity Lutheran Church is a church located in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It occupies the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church complex, located at 1345 Gratiot Avenue. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1981 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Its current pastor is Rev. Darryl L. Andrzejewski.
Trinity Lutheran Church is a historic Lutheran church at 31-18 37th Street in Astoria, Queens, New York. It was designed by John William Cresswell Corbusier and overseen by architect George W. Conable (1866–1933). It was built in 1926 and is a one-story Collegiate Gothic style building. It is constructed of brick faced with coursed rubble aplite trimmed in cast stone. The front elevation features a recessed entry with a large window above, framed by two spires with ornate turrets. The interior is in a Gothic plan of nave and transepts.

Red Hill Church and School is a historic church and school located on Durham Road at Ottsville, Tinicum Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The church was built in 1766, and is a two bay by two bay, stuccoed stone building with a gable roof. The one-room school building was built in 1843, and is a one-story, three bay by one bay, stuccoed stone building. It has a gable roof with cupola. The church was built by a Presbyterian congregation, who sold it to a Lutheran and Reformed Church congregation in 1843. It remain in use as a church until 1920, then re-occupied in the summer of 1959. The school was use for public education until 1958, after which it was used for community meetings.
German Evangelical Zion Lutheran Church, now known as Tabernacle Baptist Church, is a historic Lutheran church at Capital and Herr Streets in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The church was built in 1886, and is a two-story brick building in a modified Gothic style. It features a three-story square bell tower with large oval windows and brick tracery. Attached to the church by a one-bay, two-story section is a three-story brick parsonage built in 1897.

It was built in 1914, and is a one-story, granite Late Gothic Revival style cruciform plan church building. The building replaced a wood-frame church built in 1889 that was destroyed by fire in 1913 after being struck by lightning. It features 16 granite and limestone buttresses and distinctive custom limestone arched door and window surrounds.

(1932), William Maclay Mansion (1792), Grace Methodist Church (1871), St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral (1826), St. Michael's Lutheran Church (1906), Cathedral of Saint Patrick (1907) and the Unit Row Houses. The John Harris Mansion is located in the district and listed separately.
Peace Church, also known as Die Frieden Kirche, is an historic Reformed and Lutheran church located in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. It was built about 1798 by a Reformed congregation, and is a 2+1⁄2-story limestone building with a five-bay front and three-bay sides. In 1806 the local Lutheran congregation was invited "in peace" to share the building for services. The interior features a wine glass pulpit, balcony around three sides, and organ built in 1807. Its builder, Martin Rupp, also built the Johannes Eberly House.
Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, also known as Old Salem Lutheran Church, is a historic Evangelical Lutheran church located in Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The property includes two contributing buildings: the 18th century Old Salem church and the 19th century Salem Memorial Chapel. The Old Salem church was built between 1796 and 1798, and is a two-story, rectangular limestone building. It was modified in 1848, to infill corners and add the second story. The Salem Memorial Chapel was built in 1898, and is a limestone and sandstone building in a Gothic style with Richardsonian Romanesque influences. It was renovated in 1928. A 10-foot tall obelisk is also erected on the property.

The district includes 853 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, 11 contributing structures, and 2 contributing objects in the central business district and surrounding residential areas of Lewisburg. Notable buildings include the Derr House (1773), 19th century and early-20th century Bucknell University buildings including Old Main and Bucknell Hall, Union County Courthouse (1856), U.S. Courthouse and Post Office (1933), Himmelreich Library (1902), First Presbyterian Church (1856), Christ Lutheran Church (1901), Union National Bank (1899), McClure Building (1913), Campus Theatre (1939), and the Buffalo Mills (1883). It was built in 1906, and is a three-story, nine bay by two bay, ashlar stone building in the Colonial Revival-style. It features a projecting, center cross gable bay, paired pilasters flanking the main entrance, and a modillioned copper cornice.
