Without Fear is the debut studio album by Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy, released on 4 October 2019 by Riggins Recording, Interscope Records and Island Records. [2] It has spawned four singles, including "Power Over Me" and "Outnumbered". [3]

Background

Kennedy announced the album on 13 June 2019, which coincided with the release of "Outnumbered". Pre-orders started that day, with an original release date of 27 September set. [4] Kennedy revealed the track list on 9 September 2019. [5] On 24 June 2020 a new single, "Giants", was released and added to the digital version of the album as the opening track. [6]

Chart performance

Without Fear debuted at number one on the Irish Albums Chart with sales of 7,000 units, becoming the fastest-selling album of 2019. It has spent 154 weeks in the top 10, including 27 non-consecutive weeks at the top of the chart as of 12 March 2021. [7] In the UK the album debuted at number one with sales of 20,061 units, marking Kennedy's first number one outside Ireland. [8]

The disc artwork takes its inspiration from the photography of Denis O'Regan. In November 2019, the soundtrack received an American Music Award for Top Soundtrack.

Snacks is the debut extended play of British musician and DJ Jax Jones. It was released on 28 November 2018 through Universal Music Group, which is the same day the single "Play" was released. The EP contains all of Jax Jones' previously released singles starting from "House Work". It was later re-released in July 2019 with "All Day and Night", "One Touch" and "Harder". The EP was later expanded into Jones' first full-length album Snacks (Supersize), which was released on 6 September 2019. Every song on the album was released as an official single, as well.

Sonder is the second studio album by Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy, released on 18 November 2022 through Riggins Recording, Interscope Records and Island Records. Originally scheduled to be released on 23 September 2022, its release was delayed twice: first to 4 November, then 18 November, with the latter due to the UK postal strike. The album was preceded by the singles "Better Days", "Something to Someone" and "Kiss Me", with "Innocence and Sadness" and "Dreamer" also released prior to the album. Kennedy will tour Europe, the UK and North America in 2023 in support of the record.
