Ziyambi Ziyambi is Zimbabwe's Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs. He has held the post as a member of Zanu-PF in the Emmerson Mnangagwa government since 2018. [1] [2]
Ziyambi entered politics in 2013 [3] when he was elected as the House of Assembly representative. From September 2013 to September 2015, he served in cabinet in Robert Mugabe's government, as a Deputy Minister of Home Affairs. [4] [5] [6] Virginia Mabiza was his ministry's permanent secretary. [7]
He grew up on a farm in Zowa in mashonaland west.
In the past, Ziyambi served as the treasurer of Caps United football club. [8]
He is a qualified medical laboratory scientist who worked at Harare hospital and parirenyatwa group of hospital laboratory department mainly clinical chemistry laboratory which he headed for long time.[ citation needed ] He specialized also in Immunology. [ citation needed ]
He was with PSI from 2001 to 2005. He was the New Start project Manager responsible for testing. He did research on the use of rapid HIV testing and presented a paper at the World AIDS conference in Barcelona Spain in July 2002. He introduced rapid HIV point of care testing at all New Start centres in 2002 resulting in over 90% increase in access to testing.
He enrolled with Unisa 2009 and was awarded the LLB degree in 2013. He enrolled at MSU for the Master of Laws degree in Constitutional and Human Rights law in 2015. Graduated in Nov 2016 being the first group of graduates in Master of Laws degree from a local university. He was a member of Parliamentary Legal Committee 2015 to 2017. He was also Chairman of Portfolio Committee of Justice, Legal and parliamentary affairs 2015 to 2017.
The Zimbabwe African National Union – Patriotic Front (ZANU–PF) is a political organisation which has been the ruling party of Zimbabwe since independence in 1980. The party was led for many years under Robert Mugabe, first as prime minister with the Zimbabwe African National Union (ZANU) and then as president from 1987 after the merger with the Zimbabwe African People's Union (ZAPU) and retaining the name ZANU–PF, until 2017, when he was removed as leader.

Saviour Kasukuwere is a Zimbabwean politician who served in the government of Zimbabwe as Minister of Local Government, Rural Development and National Housing between October and November 2017. He was also the ZANU–PF party's national political commissar until December 2017. Before that he was Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment, and Minister of the Environment, Water and Climate. In October 2020, the Zimbabwe government sought Kasukuwere's extradition after issuing a warrant for his arrest. It was revealed that Kasukuwere was among loyalists of former President Robert Mugabe who fled to South Africa before their criminal trials could be completed.
Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa is a Zimbabwean politician who has served as President of Zimbabwe since 24 November 2017. A member of ZANU–PF and a longtime ally of former President Robert Mugabe, he held a series of cabinet portfolios and was Mugabe's Vice-President until November 2017, when he was dismissed before coming to power in a coup d'état. He secured his first full term as president in the disputed 2018 general election.
Sydney Tigere Sekeramayi is a Zimbabwean politician who served in the government of Zimbabwe as Minister of Defence between 2013 and 2017. Kembo Dugish Campbell Mohadi is a Zimbabwean politician and former Vice-President of Zimbabwe who served from 28 December 2017 to 1 March 2021, when he resigned due to a sex scandal. He briefly served as the Minister of Defence, Security and War Veterans in 2017. Previously he was Minister of State for National Security in the President's Office from 2015 to 2017 and Minister of Home Affairs from 2002 to 2015.
Ignatius Morgen Chiminya Chombo is a Zimbabwean politician who was Finance Minister of Zimbabwe in 2017. Previously he has served in the Cabinet of Zimbabwe as Minister of Home Affairs from 2015 to 2017, Minister of Local Government, Public Works and Urban Development from 2000 to 2015.
Webster Kotiwani Shamu is a Zimbabwean politician and former Minister of Mashonaland West Provincial Affairs who was fired by President Emmerson Mnangagwa on 21 May 2018. He previously served as Minister of Information and Publicity, and as Minister of State for Policy Implementation. He is a member of parliament representing the Chegutu constituency. The Cabinet of Zimbabwe was later dissolved on 27 November 2017.
Cain Ginyilitshe Ndabazekhaya Mathema is a Zimbabwean politician and writer. He has held various cabinet roles in the Zimbabwean government. He is a member of Zanu-PF. He was born in Sipepa, Tsholotsho District.

Jason Zhuwao is a Zimbabwean politician. He is a former ZANU–PF Director for Youth Affairs and son of former Minister of Youth Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Patrick Zhuwao and nephew to former Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe. Zhuwao served under his father's ministry youth advisory board and held different government and ZANU PF portfolios.
July Moyo is a Zimbabwean parliamentarian and member of Zanu-PF. He has been a member of cabinet in both Robert Mugabe and Emmerson Mnangagwa governments. Moyo is currently the Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing.
Prisca Mupfumira, or Priscah Mupfumira, is a Zimbabwean politician and former government minister under President Robert Mugabe. When the President was replaced by Emmerson Mnangagwa, she was the first serving ZANU–PF minister to be arrested for corruption.

Kazembe Raymond (Ray) Kazembe is a Zimbabwean politician and currently serves as the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage. He also served as Zimbabwe's Minister of Sport, Arts and Recreation and Zimbabwe's Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs. He was elected to the National Assembly in 2013 as a Zanu-PF member for Mazowe West Constituency. Previous to his move to politics, Kazembe was the chairman of the Dynamos football club.
