Two referendums were held in Liechtenstein during 1947. [1] The first was held on 10 January, on an initiative to reduce the rate of taxation, backdated to 1946, and was approved by 58.7% of voters. [1] The second was held on 15 June concerning the law on power plants, and was approved by 91% of voters. [1]

A constitutional referendum was held in Denmark on 6 September 1920. It was held in order to make changes to the constitution of Denmark from 1915 that had been made necessary to facilitate the reunification of Southern Jutland into the kingdom of Denmark. The changes were approved by 96.9% of voters, with a 49.6% turnout. A total of 614,227 of the 1,291,745 registered voters voted in favour, meaning that 47.6% of eligible voters had voted for the proposals, above the 45% required by the constitution.

A referendum on the New Union Treaty was held in Abkhazia on 17 March 1991, as part of the wider Soviet referendum. The treaty was approved by 99.06% of voters.

A referendum on the prohibition of alcohol was held in Iceland on 21 October 1933. Voters were asked whether to repeal the ban on importing alcohol imposed following a 1908 referendum being lifted. Its repeal was approved by 58% of voters.

East Longmeadow High School is a public high school located in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, United States. It is the only secondary school in the East Longmeadow School District. It enrolls 833 students. On November 7, 2023, the residents of East Longmeadow voted in favor of a debt exclusion which will allocate funds to build a brand new high school and pool. The project is expected to begin in summer of 2024, with the goal of the new building being ready for the 2026-2027 school year.

A constitutional referendum was held in Poland on 25 May 1997. Voters were asked whether they approved of a new constitution. It was narrowly approved, with 53% voting in favour. Voter turnout was 43%, below the 50% required by the 1995 Referendum Act to validate the referendum. However, the Supreme Court ruled on 15 July that the 1992 'small' constitution took precedence over the Referendum Act and that the constitution could be introduced.

A referendum on a new constitution and citizenship was held in Estonia on 28 June 1992. Voters were asked whether they approved of the new constitution drawn up by the Constitutional Assembly and extending suffrage to people who had applied for citizenship by 5 June. The new constitution was approved by 92% of voters, whilst the suffrage extension was rejected by 53%. Voter turnout was 67%.

A referendum was held in San Marino on 26 October 1997. Voters were asked whether they approved of a proposal that any corporation buying, administering or selling land and property would have to be a public company. It was approved by 88.1% of voters.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">1999 San Marino citizenship referendum</span>

A referendum on the citizenship law was held in San Marino on 12 September 1999. Voters were asked whether the new citizenship law passed on 16 June should come into force. Although a majority voted in favour, the quorum of 32% of registered voters (9,663) was not achieved and the referendum failed.

Seven referendums were held in Switzerland during 1958. The first was held on 26 January on a popular initiative "against the abuse of economic power", concerning unfair competition, and was rejected by voters. The second was held on 11 May on the federal budget, and was approved by voters. The third and fourth were held on 6 July on introducing a new section 27ter to the constitution concerning films, and a petition to improve the road network, both of which were approved. The fifth referendum was held on 26 October on instituting a 44-hour working week, and was rejected by voters. The final two were held on 7 December on a constitutional amendment on gambling and approving a treaty with Italy on a hydroelectric power scheme on the River Spöl, with both approved.
