The 2011–12 Ukrainian Second League was the 21st season of 3rd level professional football in Ukraine. There are two groups of competition divided by region. Both Group competitions began on July 23, 2011. The competition had a winter break from November 6, 2012 and until April 2, 2012. The group competitions will complete on 28 May 2012. The 1997 Russian Indoor Athletics Championships was the 6th edition of the national championship in indoor track and field for Russia. It was held on 21–23 February at the WGAFC Indoor Stadium in Volgograd. A total of 26 events were contested over the three-day competition. It was used for selection of the Russian team for the 1997 IAAF World Indoor Championships.
