The 2025 SA20 (also known as Betway SA20 2025 for sponsorship reasons) will be the third season of the SA20, a franchise Twenty20 cricket league in South Africa. [1] The league will be organised by the Cricket South Africa (CSA), with six teams taking part. [2] The tournament will start from 9 January with the final being played on 8 February 2025. [3] Sunrisers Eastern Cape are the defending champions. [4]

    Reeza Raphael Hendricks is a South African cricketer who plays for Gauteng and for the South Africa national cricket team. He is a right-handed opening batsman.     Liam Stephen Livingstone is an English cricketer who plays for Lancashire and England. Livingstone is a right-handed batter and spin bowler, capable of bowling both right-arm leg and off spin.     Heinrich Klaasen is a South African cricketer who plays for the South African national cricket team in limited overs cricket.     Ottniel Emile Graham Baartman is a South African cricketer. He made his first-class debut for South Western Districts in the 2014–15 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup on 22 January 2015. It is contested by six teams based in cities around the country. Sunrisers Eastern Cape won the first two editions of the tournament.

    The 2023–24 SA20 was the second season of the SA20, a franchise Twenty20 cricket league in South Africa, organised by Cricket South Africa (CSA). The tournament started from 10 January and final was played on 10 February 2024. Sunrisers Eastern Cape were the defending champions.

    Kwena Tshegofatso Maphaka is a South African cricketer. He is primarily a left-arm medium-fast bowler. He played for the South African team in the Under-19 World Cup, where in the semi-final he took 3 wickets for 32 runs in 10 overs against India. He made his debut with Mumbai Indians in IPL 2024.

    The 2024 SA20 Final was played on 10 February 2024 at the Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town. Sunrisers Eastern Cape qualified for the finals after their win in Qualifier 1. They competed with Durban's Super Giants, who won Qualifier 2.
