The BWF World Tour, announced on 19 March 2017 and implemented in 2018, [2] is a series of elite badminton tournaments, sanctioned by Badminton World Federation (BWF). He is currently ranked 2nd in the world with Hendra Setiawan. Ahsan and his former doubles partner Bona Septano were ranked as high as sixth in the BWF World Rankings. He was paired with former Olympic gold medalist Hendra Setiawan. They won their first title in 2013 Malaysia Open Superseries after beating Korean pair Lee Yong-dae and Ko Sung-hyun 21–15, 21–13 in the final. The duo split after the 2016 Korea Open Super Series, ending their four years partnership. Ahsan was then partnered with Berry Angriawan. His partnership with Angriawan was short-lived and he was then paired with Rian Agung Saputro. Ahsan and Saputro's first international title was in 2017 China International. They later won silver at the 2017 BWF World Championships.. Ahsan and Hendra Setiawan paired back again in early 2018 and won several competition since then. Their nickname is "The Daddies" because both of them has started family and often shows affection towards their children.

They later won silver at the 2017 BWF World Championships.
Angga Pratama is an Indonesian badminton player in men's doubles. His current partner is Ricky Karanda Suwardi and before paired with Suwardi, his partner is Rian Agung Saputra. The 2015 Singapore Open became the first BWF World Superseries title for him in men's doubles after beating Chinese pair Fu Haifeng/Zhang Nan by 21–15, 11–21, 21–14.

In their Olympic debut at the 2016 Rio Olympics, they won the silver medal, becoming the first Malaysian pair to achieve such a feat since 1996. In November 2016, they reached a career-high ranking of world number 1, making them the third ever Malaysian men's doubles pair to do so.

She joined PB Djarum, a badminton club in Kudus, Central Java from 2006 until her retirement. Susanto known as Muhammad Rijal's longtime partner in the mixed doubles. The partnership ended in the end of the 2013 shortly after they won gold medal in 2013 Southeast Asian Games in Myanmar due to Rijal's resignation from national team.

Paired with Angga Pratama started end of 2014, the 2015 Singapore Open became the first BWF World Superseries title for him in the men's doubles after beating Chinese pair Fu Haifeng/Zhang Nan in the final by 21–15, 11–21, 21–14.

Wahyu Nayaka Arya Pankaryanira is an Indonesian badminton player who plays in doubles category. Born in East Lombok, Pankaryanira has joined the Ratih club in Banten.
Marcus Fernaldi Gideon is an Indonesian professional badminton player currently ranked world No. 1 in the men's doubles by the Badminton World Federation. He is from PB Jaya Raya, a badminton club in South Tangerang, Banten and has joined the club since June 2018. He won the 2017 All England Open Superseries Premier with his current partner Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo. He and Sukamuljo were recognized as the most outstanding players, and awarded as the BWF Best Male Players of the Year for two years in a row after collected seven Superseries titles in 2017 and eight World Tour titles in 2018. Currently, he won eight BWF World Tour titles in 2019.
