Edward Lowassa Tanzanian politician

Edward Ngoyai Lowassa is a Tanzanian politician who was Prime Minister of Tanzania from 2005 to 2008, serving under President Jakaya Kikwete. Lowassa has gone into record as the first Prime Minister to have been forced to resign by a fraud scandal in the history of Tanzania. Samia Suluhu Hassan Sixth president of Tanzania

Samia Suluhu Hassan is a Tanzanian politician who is serving as the sixth and current president of Tanzania. She is a member of the ruling social-democrat Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) party. Suluhu is the third female head of government of an East African Community (EAC) country, after Sylvie Kinigi in Burundi and Agathe Uwilingiyimana in Rwanda, and is also the first female president of Tanzania. She took office on 19 March 2021 after the death of President John Magufuli on 17 March 2021.

John Pombe Joseph Magufuli was the fifth president of Tanzania, serving from 2015 until his death in 2021. He served as Minister of Works, Transport and Communications from 2000 to 2005 and 2010 to 2015 and was chairman of the Southern African Development Community from 2019 to 2020.

Kikwete Cabinet

The Kikwete Cabinet was formed by President Jakaya Kikwete after taking the oath of office on 21 December 2005. Kikwete had won a landslide victory in the 2005 presidential election receiving 80.2 percent of the popular vote. His inaugural cabinet had seven women ministers, the highest in the nation's history.

Jenista Joakim Mhagama is a Tanzanian politician belonging to the Chama Cha Mapinduzi party. She is a Member of Parliament for Peramiho constituency. In December 2015, she was appointed as a Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office responsible for Policy, Parliamentary Affairs, Labour, Employment, Youth and the Disabled in President John Magufuli's administration.

Anne Kilango Malecela is a Tanzanian politician belonging to the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) party. She was Member of Parliament for Same East constituency between 2005 and 2015, Deputy Education Minister, and Regional Commissioner for Shinyanga Region for one month in 2016.

Charles Mwijage

Charles John Poul Mwijage is a Tanzanian CCM politician and Member of Parliament for Muleba North constituency since 2010. He served as the Minister of Industries, Trade and Investment in the Cabinet of Tanzania.

Magufuli cabinet

The Magufuli Cabinet was formed by President of Tanzania John Magufuli after taking the oath of office on 5 November 2015. Magufuli won the 2015 general election with 58% of the vote in a tightly contested race against ex-CCM Chadema rival Edward Lowassa. After being sworn in on 5 November 2015, Magufuli announced his cabinet almost a month later, on 10 December 2015. He reduced the cabinet to 19 ministers from 30 in the previous cabinet. The Second Cabinet's tenure was cut short on 19 March 2021, following the death of President John Magufuli, and the swearing-in of Samia Suluhu Hassan as the new president.

Philip Isdor Mpango is a Tanzanian economist and politician who serves as the Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania. He was sworn into office on 31 March 2021, following unanimous consent of the Tanzanian Parliament, and having been nominated by President Samia Suluhu, on 30 March 2021. Before that, he served as the Minister of Finance and Planning in the Tanzanian Cabinet, from March 2015 until 30 March 2021.

Geofrey Mwambe is a Tanzanian CCM politician and a nominated cabinet member. He was nominated as an MP by Tanzanian President John Magufuli in 2020 to serve as the Minister of Industry and Trade in December 2020. He was briefly appointed as the head of the Tanzania Investment Center before being nominated in the cabinet after the 2020 Tanzanian general election.
