Cameron Gray (born 13 August 2003) is a New Zealand swimmer specialising in sprint events. He first represented his country at the 2022 World Aquatics Championships, and won a bronze medal in the 50 m butterfly at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Born in Auckland on 13 August 2003, [1] [2] Gray was educated at Westlake Boys High School. [3] He is a member of the North Shore Swimming Club and is coached by Andy McMillan. [1] [2] He made his senior international debut in 2022 at the 2022 World Aquatics Championships, [2] finishing 35th in the 50 m butterfly [4] and 39th in the 200 m freestyle. [5]
Gray represented his country at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. In the 50 m butterfly, he recorded a time of 24.02 seconds in the heats to qualify 14th fastest for the semifinals. He then was seventh fastest in the semifinals, with a time of 23.58 seconds, and swam a time of 23.27 seconds in the final to win the bronze medal. [6]

Chad Guy Bertrand le Clos, OIS is a South African competitive swimmer who is an Olympic, World and Commonwealth Games champion. Emma Jennifer McKeon, is an Australian competitive swimmer. She is an eight-time world record holder, three current and five former, in relays. Her total career haul of 11 Olympic medals following the 2020 Olympic Games made her Australia's most decorated Olympian and included one gold medal from the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and four gold medals from the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Kristóf Milák is a Hungarian swimmer. He is the current holder of the world record in the long course 200 metre butterfly and the European record in the long course 100 metre butterfly. He also currently holds the Hungarian record in the short course 50 metre backstroke. At his first Olympic Games, the 2020 Summer Olympics, he won a gold medal in the 200 metre butterfly and a silver medal in the 100 metre butterfly. Maxime Grousset is a French swimmer from New Caledonia. He is a world record holder in the short course 4×50 metre mixed freestyle relay. He won the silver medal in the 100 metre freestyle and the bronze medal in the 50 metre freestyle at the 2022 World Aquatics Championships as well as the silver medal in the 100 metre freestyle at the 2022 World Short Course Championships. At the 2022 European Aquatics Championships, he won the silver medal in the 50 metre butterfly.
Michael Houlie is a South African swimmer. He competed in the men's 100 metre breaststroke at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships. In 2019, he represented South Africa at the 2019 African Games held in Rabat, Morocco. He also competed in the men's 100 metre breaststroke event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
Rebecca Meder is a South African swimmer. She is the African record holder in the 100 metre individual medley and the South African record holder in the long course and short course 200 metre individual medley. At the 2022 World Short Course Championships, she placed sixth in the final of the 100 metre individual medley. At the 2022 World Aquatics Championships, he won a bronze medal in the 4×100-metre medley relay, swimming freestyle on the prelims relay, placed seventh in the 50-metre freestyle and seventh in the 100-metre freestyle.
