Champion Broadband was a cable, Internet, and telephone provider in the United States. It previously operated in the Denver and Los Angeles markets along with smaller rural markets.

In August 2014, it was announced that the internet and telephone services were acquired by Giggle Fiber. Cable TV services were not acquired and were still in operation by Champion Broadband. [1] Both companies are still owned and run by Mark and Dave Haverkate. [2]

Atlantic Broadband is headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts. It was formed by acquiring nonstrategic regions from Charter Communications in 2004 and from the acquisition of properties from MetroCast and G Force Cable.

Grande Communications

Grande Communications is an American telecommunications company, based in San Marcos, Texas, that uses a fiber optic and cable network to offer broadband services. The company was established in 1999 when it was the recipient of the largest round of venture capital funding in Texas. Grande delivers internet access, local and long-distance telephone service and digital cable over its own network to nine different markets in Texas. Grande Communications serves as the primary provider of cable services for dormitories on the campuses of Texas State University, University of the Incarnate Word, Baylor University and the University of Texas at Austin. It is controlled by private equity firm TPG Capital through its affiliate Patriot Media Consulting. Grande Communications is available to an estimated 1.1 million people, making it the 16th largest provider of cable broadband in the U.S. by coverage area.

Hargray Communications is a telecommunications provider based on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It operates internet throughout the Lowcountry region of South Carolina and the Savannah region of Georgia. Hargray has a monopoly on parts of the Lowcountry offering Cable Television, Broadband Internet, and Landline services. Hargray formerly resold cellular phone service through Cricket.

Verizon Fios

Verizon Fios, also marketed as Fios by Verizon, is a bundled Internet access, telephone, and television service that operates over a fiber-optic communications network with over 5 million customers in nine U.S. states. The name, Fios, is an acronym for Fiber Optic Service. Service is offered in some areas of the United States by Verizon Communications, while Frontier Communications operates licensed FiOS services in former Verizon territories across six states, using a nearly identical network infrastructure. Fios service began in 2005, and networked areas expanded through 2010, although some areas do not have service or cannot receive TV and phone service because of franchise agreements.

i3 Broadband is an American pay television and telecommunications provider set in Rhode Island. It is the third-largest cable television and Internet service provider in the state. Its wired communications network is available to the approximately 50,000 residents of Bristol County, Rhode Island. i3 Broadband's main office is at 57 Everett Street in Warren, Rhode Island, U.S.

Sky Cable Corporation

Sky Cable Corporation, doing business as Sky, is a Filipino telecommunications company based in Diliman, Quezon City. A subsidiary of the media conglomerate ABS-CBN Corporation, the company offers broadband, cable and satellite television services under the Sky Cable and Sky Direct brands. The company was founded on June 6, 1990 by Benpres Holdings Corporation as Central CATV, Inc.

Optimum is an American internet, cable television, and telephone brand that primarily serves residents in the New York Tri-State area. The brand originated as an internet service from Cablevision Systems Corporation. It was bought out by Altice Netherlands. The Optimum brand is currently owned and operated by Altice USA, a company independent of Altice Netherlands.
