Cleveland Island is a small heavily forested island located in Wakeby Pond in Mashpee, Massachusetts. [1] It once belonged to president Grover Cleveland. [2] Cleveland once said that Daniel Webster caught a trout near the island, and then "talked mighty strong and fine to that fish and told him what a mistake he had made, and that he would have been all right if he had left the bait alone. [2]

Chappaquiddick Island, a part of the town of Edgartown, Massachusetts, is a small peninsula and occasional island on the eastern end of Martha's Vineyard. Narechen Glacier

Narechen Glacier is the 9 km long and 11 km wide glacier draining the western slopes of the Lassus Mountains on the northwest coast of Alexander Island in Antarctica. Flowing westwards to enter Lazarev Bay in the Wilkins Sound, Bellingshausen Sea. The glacier is situated south of the southwestern ridge of Mount Wilbye and north of Faulkner Nunatak.

Vardim Rocks

Vardim Rocks are a group of rocks situated on the south side of Hell Gates, facing Devils Point in the southwest extremity of Byers Peninsula on Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. Extending 1.3 km (0.81 mi) in east-west direction. The two principal islets in the group, Demon and Sprite, are extending 420 by 400 m and 270 by 150 m respectively, with surface area of the former 9 hectares. The area was visited by early 19th century sealers.

Goose Island is a small, uninhabited rocky island off of the coast of Connecticut, in Long Island Sound. It belongs to the town of Guilford. It is near Falkner Island, North Rocks, Falkner Island Reef, Stony Island, and Three Quarters Rock. Goose Island has eroded to the point that it is 0.5 acre and virtually underwater at high tide, although it was once about 4 acres in size. The strait between the two islands is between 16 and 8 feet deep. The coastline is defined prominently by two small bays that connect during high tide.
