The Crowne Plaza Seattle-Downtown is a 34-story hotel in downtown Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington.
The building was completed in 1980 and renovated in 2019. [1] Close to the Seattle Convention Center and generally geared towards business travelers, [2] the Crowne Plaza Seattle has 415 rooms and suites. [3] [4] The pet-friendly hotel has a gym and the restaurant Regatta Bar & Grille. [4]
Crowne Plaza Seattle is affiliated with IHG Hotels & Resorts and has been ranked number 48 in U.S. News & World Report's list of the best Seattle hotels. [5] Lonely Planet says, "This 34-floor downtown skyscraper is more business-like than ostentatious, although a 2014 renovation has upped its ante somewhat. Get a room on one of the higher floors and enjoy broad Seattle vistas while swanning around in your bathrobe using the free wi-fi." [6]

The Doubletree by Hilton, formerly known as The Crowne Plaza and before that, the Sheraton Billings Hotel, is a high-rise located in the Downtown Business District of Billings, Montana, United States. It is the second-tallest building in the northern Rocky Mountain region and was the tallest from 1980 - 1985 until the completion of the First Interstate Center, also in Billings. Construction started on the building in 1979 and was completed in 1980; it rises 245 feet (75 m) in height. It is used primarily for hotel space, and is the tallest hotel building in Montana.
The Radisson Hotel Baltimore Downtown-Inner Harbor is a vacant high-rise hotel complex located in Baltimore, Maryland, opened in 1967. The hotel complex contains 707 rooms in two nearly identical towers. The south tower was converted to a separate hotel in 2018, the Holiday Inn Baltimore - Inner Harbor, sharing all facilities with the Radisson. Both hotels closed permanently in March 2022, for conversion to apartments.
Old Portal de Mercaderes in the historic center of Mexico City was and is the west side of the main plaza. This side of the plaza has been occupied by commercial structures since the Spanish Conquest of the Aztec Empire in 1521. Today the west side of the square is dominated by two sets of buildings with Madero Street dividing them as it runs west from the Zocalo to the Palace of Bellas Artes. The buildings on the north side of Madero is occupied by offices on the upper floors and shops at ground level. The southside buildings are dominated on the ground floor by fine jewelry stores, marking the beginning of the "Centro Joyero Zocalo." This center extends west for two block engulfing Palma Street between Madero and 16 de Septiembre streets. Most of the upper floors of the buildings here are occupied by rooms associated with the Hotel de Ciudad de Mexico and the Hotel Majestic.
