David Cameron Lee (born March 8, 1982) is an American volleyball player, currently working as the head coach for Indian Club, Bengaluru Torpedoes. As a member of the United States men's national volleyball team, he is an Olympic Champion at the 2008 Summer Olympics, an Olympic bronze medalist at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and a three-time Olympian (2008, 2012, 2016). [1] He is also a two-time NORCECA Champion (2007, 2013), a gold medalist at the 2015 World Cup, and a gold medalist of the World League (2008, 2014).
Lee was born in Alpine, California. He attended Granite Hills High School in El Cajon, California, where he graduated in 2000. [2]
As a junior at Long Beach State in 2003, he was named to the All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) second team and led the conference with a .483 hitting percentage. As a senior in 2004, he was named an American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) First Team All-American. He helped Long Beach State to the 2004 NCAA championship match, where they lost to BYU in the longest championship match in NCAA men's volleyball history. Long Beach State held two championship points, but did not convert and lost 3-2, 19-17 in the fifth game. [3]
Lee has played professionally in Greece, Russia, Italy, France, Puerto Rico, Portugal and Indonesia. [2] He has won national championships in Indonesia and Greece.
For the 2015-16 season, he was playing for P.A.O.K. V.C. in Thessaloniki Greece.
Lee joined the U.S. national team in 2005. He became a part-time starter in 2007, splitting time with Tom Hoff and finishing the season second on the team in blocks. Lee was the team's second-leading blocker and third overall at the 2007 World Cup, where the U.S. finished fourth.
Lee made his Olympic debut with the U.S. national team in 2008 in Beijing, China, helping Team USA win the gold medal. He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London and finished in 5th place with the U.S. team. He went on to compete at his third Olympics in 2016 in Rio, and won the bronze medal with his U.S. teammates.
Foluke Atinuke Gunderson is an indoor volleyball player who plays as a middle blocker for Japanese club Hisamitsu Springs. Born in Canada, she represents the United States internationally. Gunderson won gold with the national team at the 2010 FIVB World Grand Prix, 2014 World Championship, the Rimini Volleyball Nations League, and the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics, silver at the 2012 London Summer Olympics, and bronze at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Her 2020 Olympics win allowed her to complete the trifecta of winning an Olympic bronze, silver, and gold medal.
The United States men's national volleyball team represents the country in international competitions and friendly matches. The team is governed by USA Volleyball, and it has won five Olympic medals, with three of them gold.
William Reid Priddy, known as Reid Priddy, is an American volleyball player on the United States men's national volleyball team and Italian club Cucine Lube Civitanova. He has also played on the AVP tour from 2000 to 2006.
Hugh Donald McCutcheon, a native of Christchurch, New Zealand, is a former volleyball coach. He previously coached the US men's and women's national volleyball team, and was the head coach for the University of Minnesota's women's volleyball team from 2012 to 2022. Starting in January 2023, McCutcheon is the assistant athletics director/sport development coach at Minnesota, after announcing his resignation from the volleyball team at the conclusion of the 2022 season.
Lloy James Ball is an American former volleyball player, a member of American national team in 1993–2008, a participant of the Olympic Games and gold medalist of Olympics Beijing 2008, gold medalist of the NORCECA Championship 2007 and World League 2008, silver medalist of the Pan American 1995, bronze medalist of the World Championship 1994, and 2015 inductee to the International Volleyball Hall of Fame. When not on the court actively playing the game, Ball operates Team Pineapple, a volleyball clinic that also features his father, Arnie Ball.
Richard Edward "Rich" Lambourne is an American indoor volleyball player. He joined the U.S. men's national team in 2000 as the designated libero. He has recently played for Delecta Bydgoszcz. Lambourne made his Olympic debut at the 2008 Olympics, helping Team USA to a gold medal.
Nancy Jean Metcalf is an American indoor volleyball player. She represented her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, where she finished in fifth place with the USA National Team. She missed the 2008 Olympics with a torn labrum, and was not named to the national team in 2012.
Annerys Victoria Vargas Valdez is a retired female volleyball player from the Dominican Republic who won four consecutive gold medals at the Central American and Caribbean Games.
Ryan Madsen Millar is an American former volleyball player. He was a member of United States national volleyball team from 1998 to 2008, and is a three-time Olympian. He won a gold medal in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, and is a three-time NORCECA Champion.
Jennifer Claire Tamas is an American indoor volleyball player. Tamas made her first Olympic appearance at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and helped Team USA to a silver medal.
Clayton Iona "Clay" Stanley is an American former volleyball player, who was a member of United States men's national volleyball team, a participant of the Olympic Games, Olympic Champion 2008, NORCECA Champion 2005, and multimedalist of the World League.
Niverka Dharlenis Marte Frica is a volleyball player from the Dominican Republic who currently plays for Indonesian side Jakarta Popsivo Polwan. She played the 2012 Summer Olympics with the Dominican Republic national team ranking in fifth place. She also played the 2010 and the 2014 World Championship earning the 17th place and the fifth place and the 2011 and the 2015 FIVB World Cup with her national team ranking in the eight and seventh place. She won the bronze medal in the 2015 Pan American Games.
Brook Michael Billings is an American indoor volleyball player who plays as an opposite hitter for the U.S. National Team. He joined the team in May 2002.
Jordan Quinn Larson is an American volleyball player and a three-time Olympic medalist. Larson won gold with the national team at the 2014 World Championship, the Rimini Volleyball Nations League, and the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics, silver at the 2012 London Summer Olympics, and bronze at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Her 2020 gold medal meant that she had completed the rare trifecta of winning Olympic bronze, silver, and gold medals.

Maxwell Philip Holt is an American professional volleyball player. He is a member of the U.S. national team, and a bronze medalist at the Olympic Games Rio 2016. The 2014 World League and the 2015 World Cup winner. At the professional club level, he plays for Beijing BAIC Motor.
