The township contains these four cemeteries: Fountain Green, Lincoln Catholic, McConnell and Wright.
As of the 2020 census [1] there were 218 people, 96 households, and 96 families residing in the township. The population density was 5.81 inhabitants per square mile (2.24/km2). There were 119 housing units at an average density of 3.17 per square mile (1.22/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 97.25% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 2.75% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.46% of the population.
There were 96 households, out of which 27.10% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 88.54% were married couples living together, 11.46% had a female householder with no spouse present, and 0.00% were non-families.
