The Galicia rugby union team is the national and/or representative rugby union team of Galicia. [1] It is organised by the Galician Rugby Federation and has been active since 1999. In 1999 they made their international against Portugal.

The Russia national rugby union team, nicknamed Medvedi, represented Russia in men's international rugby union international competitions. The team is administered by the Rugby Union of Russia (RUR). The RUR is considered the official successor union of the Soviet Union by World Rugby and the combined CIS team which played in the early 1990s. Since 1992, the team has played as Russia. Its first test match as Russia was against the Barbarians in Moscow in June 1992 and the country's first test against an official Test nation was against Belgium later that same year.

The Venezuela national rugby union team is classified as a third-tier rugby playing nation. They joined the then, IRB, in 1998. They entered the Rugby World Cup qualification matches for the 2003 and 2007 Rugby World Cup's, but were twice eliminated by Brazil.

The Italy women's national rugby union team are the national women's rugby union team that represents Italy at international level. División de Honor B is the second level of Spanish league competition for rugby union clubs. The league began in 1998 and consists of three groups of 8 or 9 teams each. The two top teams of each group and two best 3rd-placed teams qualify for promotion playoff.

The Mar del Plata Sevens is an international rugby sevens competition played in Mar del Plata, Argentina since 1995. The tournament was one of the events in the World Rugby Sevens Series in 2000 and 2002.
