Reception

Avinash Ramachandran of The Indian Express mentioned Thaman as one of "the striking aspects" of the film where he ensures that "there is never a moment where we are not invested in the proceedings". [55] Paul Nicodemus of The Times of India mentioned that "Thaman's musical score elevates the film, with a soundtrack that compliments its themes" and also described "Jaragandi" as one of the highlights in terms of picturization. [56] Sashidhar Adivi of Times Now wrote "Thaman's score elevates the cinematic experience complementing the visual brilliance achieved by the technical team." [57] Arjun Menon of Rediff.com wrote "Thaman's songs have a experimental, percussion-based folk sounding to it that adds some flavour." [58] Balakrishna Ganeshan of The News Minute added that Thaman's "high-octane music amplify the style and narrative". [59]

Sangeetha Devi Dundoo of The Hindu added that "Thaman’s music and the background score are in tandem with the mood of the narrative" but felt that the songs did not stand out despite the grandeur and picturization. [60] Janani K. of India Today wrote "While the songs, composed by S Thaman, are mounted in eyebrow-raising set pieces, they hardly make you feel wow, like they did in the 90s. The songs hardly made any impact or were worth humming." [61] Deepa Gahlot of Scroll.in stated "The songs are instantly forgettable. The loud, insistent background score could wake up the dead on the next planet." [62]

Bruce Lee: The Fighter is a 2014 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film directed by Sreenu Vaitla and produced by D. V. V. Danayya under DVV Entertainments. The film stars Ram Charan, alongside Rakul Preet Singh, Arun Vijay, Kriti Kharbanda, Sampath Raj and Nadhiya. The music was composed by S. Thaman, while the cinematography and editing were handled by Manoj Paramahamsa and M. R. Varma. In the film, Karthik, a stuntman, is mistaken for a cop, where he helps to unearth the schemes of Deepak Raj, a drug peddler and his father Jayaraj.

Vinaya Vidheya Rama is a 2019 Indian Telugu-language action film written and directed by Boyapati Srinu and produced by D. V. V. Danayya. The film stars Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, Vivek Oberoi, and Prashanth. The music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The film revolves around Konidela Ram Charan, an angry young man who sets out to destroy a dictator in Bihar, after the lives of his loved ones are threatened and his elder brother gets killed.

<i>Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2</i> 2022 Indian film by Anees Bazmee

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language comedy horror film directed by Anees Bazmee, written by Aakash Kaushik and Farhad Samji, and produced by T-Series Films and Cine1 Studios. It is a standalone sequel to the 2007 film Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007). Naa Manasistha Raa is a 2001 Indian Telugu-language romantic thriller film directed by R. R. Shinde. It stars Srikanth, Soundarya, and Richa Pallod. The film is a remake of the Tamil film Parthen Rasithen (2000).

Akhanda is the soundtrack to the 2021 film of the same name directed by Boyapati Srinu starring Nandamuri Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal. The soundtrack to the film features four songs composed by S. Naayak is the soundtrack album to the 2013 film of the same name directed by V. V. Vinayak starring Ram Charan. The film's musical score is composed by S. Thaman and featured six songs under the lyrics of Chandrabose, Veturi Sundararama Murthy, Bhaskarabhatla Ravi Kumar and Sahithi. The soundtrack was released under the Aditya Music label on 17 December 2012.
