Jani (born Shaik Jani Basha; 2 July 1982) [1] is an Indian dance choreographer who predominantly works in Telugu and Tamil language films. [2] He has also worked in Kannada and Hindi films. He choreographs in a wide range of dancing styles, but he is mostly known for his western and folk styles.
Jani began his film work as a dancer in Telugu films and on the ETV's Telugu Television Reality-dance show Dhee Ultimate DanceShow, before being given the chance to choreograph in Drona, a 2009 Telugu film. Actor Ram Charan employed him as choreographer of the dances for 2012 Telugu film Racha . Ram Charan appointed him as choreographer in all of his films. He then worked for other actors such as: Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun, N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Pothineni, Ravi Teja. He has also sung a song dedicated to Ram Charan. [3]
In 2014, Bollywood actor Salman Khan appointed Jani Master for Jai Ho as choreographer. He also choreographs award ceremonies. He continues to choreograph in feature films. [4] He has contributed to two Television Reality-dance shows as a choreographer and as a mentor. His awards include Filmfare Awards, CineMAA Awards and South Indian International Movie Awards. [1] From 2017, he is one of the judges on various Telugu Television reality-dance shows such as Neethone Dance on the Star Maa. [5]
In 2018, he was the choreographer for the film MLA . [6] In the same year he worked as an assistant to Prabhudeva for a Tamil song, Rowdy Baby from the film Maari 2 brought so much recognition, as the song became a viral hit for its choreography across the Indian subcontinent and other parts of the world. [7]
Later, in 2020 he once again received praise for his choreography for "Butta Bomma" song from the Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo .The rolling step in the music video became a signature step. It was recreated by many celebrities and millions of others across various social media and short-video making entertainment platforms. [8] This song also became a hit. [9]
He formally joined the Jana Sena Party on 24 January 2024 in the presence of the party president, Pawan Kalyan. [10]

Allu Arjun is an Indian actor who primarily appears in Telugu films. In 1985, at the age of three, he made his debut in the film Vijetha, directed by A. Kodandarami Reddy. Sixteen years later, Arjun made a small appearance as Gopi, a dancer, in the 2001 film Daddy directed by Suresh Krissna. He had his first leading role in the 2003 film Gangotri, directed by K. Raghavendra Rao which was the latter's hundredth film as a director. In the film, Arjun played an adolescent named Simhadri living in Rayalaseema, who falls in love with a factionist's daughter.
Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, also known by the initialism AVPL, is a 2020 Indian Telugu-language action drama film written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The film stars Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, alongside an ensemble cast of Tabu, Jayaram, Sushanth, Nivetha Pethuraj, Murali Sharma, Samuthirakani, Navdeep, Sunil, Sachin Khedekar, Govind Padmasoorya, Harsha Vardhan, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Ajay, and Rajendra Prasad. It is produced by Allu Aravind and S. Radha Krishna under their banners Geetha Arts and Haarika & Hassine Creations respectively.
"Rowdy Baby" is a Tamil language song composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja for the soundtrack of the 2018 action comedy film Maari 2 and sung by Dhanush alongside Dhee. The song was officially released on 28 November 2018 as a single from the film.

Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is the soundtrack album composed by Thaman S for the 2020 Tollywood film of the same name starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in lead roles, directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film marks Thaman's second collaboration with Trivikram after Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava (2018) and third collaboration with Allu Arjun after Race Gurram (2014) and Sarrainodu (2016). The album consists of six songs with Sirivennela Sitaramasastri, Kasarla Shyam, Krishna Chaitanya, Ramajogayya Sastry, Kalyan Chakravarthy and Vijay Kumar Bhalla penning the lyrics. The soundtrack album released digitally on 6 January 2020 on the Aditya Music label. It is the first Indian feature film soundtrack to have more than 1 billion-views on YouTube. On YouTube's Top 10 Indian Music Videos, "Butta Bomma" and "Ramuloo Ramulaa" became the only South Indian songs that have been listed in 2020.
"Butta Bomma" is an Indian Telugu-language song by singer Armaan Malik and composed by S. Thaman from the 2020 soundtrack album Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo of the film of the same name. The lyrics are written by Ramajogayya Sastry. The song's lyrical version was released on 23 December 2019, while the full video song was released on 21 February 2020 under the music label Aditya Music. The music video accompanying the single was filmed at Annapurna Studios.
