Raymond Albert Romano is an American stand-up comedian and actor. He is best known for his role as Raymond "Ray" Barone on the CBS sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond, for which he won three Primetime Emmy Awards. He is also known for being the voice of Manny in Ice Age (2002), Ice Age: The Meltdown (2006), Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (2009), Ice Age: Continental Drift (2012) and Ice Age: Collision Course (2016). He has received several other awards including nominations for two Grammy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards.

She is known for her role as Fran Fine in the television sitcom The Nanny (1993–1999), which she created and produced with her then-husband Peter Marc Jacobson.
The Beaverton School District is a school district in and around Beaverton, Oregon, United States. It serves students throughout Beaverton, Hillsboro, Aloha, and unincorporated neighborhoods of Portland, OR. The Beaverton Elementary School District 48 was established in 1876, with other elementary districts later merged into the district. The elementary district was later merged with the high school district (10J) to create a unified school district. It is the third-largest school district in the state, with an enrollment of 39,180 students as of 2022. For the 2022–2023 school year, the district had a total budget of $622.8 million.

Camden County Technical Schools Pennsauken Campus, also known as Pennsauken Tech, originally Camden County Vocational School, is a four-year regional vocational-technical public high school located in Pennsauken Township, in Camden County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, that serves students in ninth through twelfth grades from across Camden County as part of the Camden County Technical Schools. The schools main building opened in 1928 at a time when most county residents lived near Camden and was the district's only campus until the Camden County Technical Schools Gloucester Township Campus opened in 1969 to serve more rural, eastern portions of the county. In 2011, the campus opened the Science and Horticultural Center building to act as a multiple-classroom extension unit. Etched high-up into a portion of the front face of the school's main building is "He who hath a trade, hath an estate," a quote from Benjamin Franklin.

In 2021, Time named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world on its annual Time 100 list.
Edward Jenner School, also known as Edward Jenner Elementary Academy of the Arts, was a public PK-8 school located in the Cabrini-Green area of the Near North Side, Chicago, Illinois, United States. Named after Edward Jenner, The school was opened and operated by the Chicago Public Schools (CPS). Jenner merged with Ogden International School in September 2018. The campus is now Ogden International–Jenner which serves grades Pre–K, 5th through 8th.

School shootings, and proposals to arm teachers, are most common in the United States, but proposals have also been made in countries such as Israel, Kenya, Pakistan, South Africa, and Thailand.
