Persatuan Bola Basket Seluruh Indonesia (English: Indonesian Basketball Association), abbreviated as PERBASI, is the main basketball regulatory organizations in Indonesia. Founded on 23 October 1951, the organization has its headquarters in Jakarta.
The association was founded in 1952, when Tony Wen and Wim Latumeten requested by Maladi who was then serving as Secretary of KONI to develop basketball sports organizations Indonesia. On 23 October 1952, Indonesia basketball association formed under the name Persatuan Basketball Seluruh Indonesia abbreviated as PERBASI. Tony Wen positions as chairman and the secretary is Wim Latumeten. At 1955, the name was changed and adapted to the Indonesian vocabulary, become Persatuan Bola Basket Seluruh Indonesia, but still abbreviated as PERBASI. [1]
Perbasi adheres to a tiered vertical system, starting from the association level, Perbasi branch administrators (pengcab), Perbasi regional administrators (pengda), up to the Perbasi general administrators (PB).

The Indonesia Basketball League is the preeminent men's professional basketball league in Indonesia, founded by Indonesian Basketball Association (Perbasi) in 2003. From 2010 to 2015 it was known as the National Basketball League (NBL) and organised by DBL Indonesia. In 2016, PT Bola Basket Indonesia acquired Starting5 and after that PT Bola Basket Indonesia assigned by PP Perbasi to organised the league.
Liga Sepak Bola Utama, commonly known by its acronym Galatama, was a semi professional football league in Indonesia, established in 1979 by the Indonesian Football Association, PSSI. Prior to the establishment of the competition, an amateur football league named Perserikatan had existed since 1931. Both Perserikatan and Galatama existed and run in parallel until 1994 when they were both merged to form a new, unified league called Liga Indonesia.

He is the founder of Mahaka Group, a conglomeration that focuses on media, sports and entertainment. Globally known as the former owner and chairman of Italian football giant Inter Milan and US soccer club D.C. United, Thohir is currently co-owner alongside Anindya Bakrie of English League One team Oxford United and Liga 1 team Persis Solo along with Kaesang Pangarep, the youngest son of President Joko Widodo. He was also the president director of ANTV television station and the chief of the Indonesian Olympic Committee. In 2019, he became a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Thohir is also currently a member of the FIBA Central Board.
3x3 basketball is a variation of basketball played three-a-side, with one backboard and in a half-court setup. According to an ESSEC Business School study commissioned by the International Olympic Committee, 3x3 is the largest urban team sport in the world. This basketball game format is currently being promoted and structured by FIBA, the sport's governing body. Its primary competition is an annual FIBA 3X3 World Tour, comprising a series of Masters and one Final tournament, and awarding six-figure prize money in US dollars. The FIBA 3x3 World Cups for men and women are the highest tournaments for national 3x3 teams. The 3x3 format has been adopted for both the 2020 Summer Olympics and 2022 Commonwealth Games.

They are a member of the World Athletics and the Asian Athletics Association. They are also a member of the National Sports Committee of Indonesia (KONI) and the Indonesian Olympic Committee (KOI).

The PBVSI is a member of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC), as well as the volleyball sports in the National Sports Committee of Indonesia. It organizes both the Men's Pro Liga and women's Pro Liga. The organization also administrates the Indonesia Men's Volleyball Team and the Indonesia Women's Volleyball Team.
Indonesia participated at the 2021 SEA Games in Hanoi, Vietnam from 12 to 23 May 2022. The Indonesian contingent consisted of 499 athletes, competing in 32 out 40 sports.
The Sepak Takraw Association of Indonesia, is the national governing body for sepaktakraw in Indonesia, officially found in 1971 with four founding regional affiliations, and had been becoming a member of the National Sports Committee of Indonesia (KONI) since 1979. Originally, PSTI officially registered under the title ‘Persatuan Sepak Raga Seluruh Indonesia’ (PERSERAS), however, after the inception of the Asian Sepaktakraw Federation in 1982, which the PERSERAS was considered one of the founding members, the organization was renamed to ‘Persatuan Sepak Takraw Seluruh Indonesia’ (PERSETASI) and lastly, as known today, ‘Persatuan Sepak Takraw Indonesia’ (PSTI).
