Jianping (Chinese :建平; pinyin :Jiànpíng; lit.'build peace') is a county in the west of Liaoning province, China, bordering Inner Mongolia to the north, west, and northeast. It is under the administration of Chaoyang City, the urban centre of which is more than 65 km (40 mi) to the east. The population was 455,826 in 2020.

Jianping has a monsoon-influenced humid continental climate (Köppen Dwa) that barely avoids semi-arid designation (Köppen BSk), with hot and humid summers and rather long, cold, and very dry winters. More than two-thirds of the annual rainfall occurs from June thru August. Monthly 24-hour average temperatures range from −9.5 °C (14.9 °F) in January to 24.4 °C (75.9 °F) in July, for an annual average of 8.8 °C (47.8 °F). The frost-free period lasts 120 to 155 days.

Suizhong County is a county of southwestern Liaoning, People's Republic of China. It is located on the northern coast of the Bohai Sea and is the southernmost county of Huludao City, bordering Hebei to the southwest. The county has an area of 2,765 square kilometres (1,068 sq mi), a population of 550,000, and is an economically important region within Huludao. Zhangwu County is a county in the north of Liaoning province, China. It is under the administration of Fuxin City, the centre of which lies 82 kilometres (51 mi) to the southwest, with a population of 333,643 in 2020 residing in an area of 3,635 km2 (1,403 sq mi). It is served by G25 Changchun–Shenzhen Expressway, G2511 Xinmin–Lubei Expressway, and China National Highways 101 and 304.
Keshan is a county in western Heilongjiang province, China, about 100 km (62 mi) northeast of Qiqihar, which administers it. It is named from a city-shaped extinct volcano, which has a name of Erkeshan in its territory. Its total area is 3,632 square kilometres (1,402 sq mi), with a population of 460,000. Huanren Manchu Autonomous County, formerly Huairen County, is a county under the administration of Benxi City, in eastern Liaoning province, China, bordering Jilin to the east. It is also one of 11 Manchu autonomous counties and one of 117 autonomous counties nationally. As a county, Huanren was established in 1877. It was reorganised as an autonomous county in 1989 with approval of the State Council. The county covers 3,362 square kilometres (1,298 sq mi) and has 293,505 population, and Huanren Town is its seat.
Santai County is a county under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Mianyang, in the northeast of Sichuan Province of China. It has an area of 2,660.58 km2 (1,027.26 sq mi). According to the 2020 census, its population stands at 955,800.

Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County, or simply Qingyuan County (清原县) is one of the three counties under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Fushun, in the east of Liaoning, China, and is also one of the 11 Manchu autonomous counties and one of 117 autonomous counties nationally. It has a population of about 240,000, covering an area of 3,921 square kilometres (1,514 sq mi).
Baoqing County is a county of southeastern Heilongjiang province, People's Republic of China. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Shuangyashan.
Jianchang is a county of Huludao City in the southwest of Liaoning province, China. It is the largest division of Huludao, with an area of 3,195 square kilometres (1,234 sq mi), and population of 450,000 in 2020, located in mountainous terrain 85 kilometres (53 mi) west of that city, serviced by China National Highway 306. The Weizhangzi–Tashan railway also passes through the County.

Guangping County (simplified Chinese: 广平县; traditional Chinese: 廣平縣; pinyin: Guǎngpíng Xiàn; lit. 'broad flatness' is a county of southern Hebei province, China. It is under the administration of Handan City, and as of 2020, has a population of 264,025 residing in an area of 320 km2.
Changling County is a county in the northwest of Jilin province, China, bordering Inner Mongolia to the west. It is the southernmost and westernmost county-level division of the prefecture-level city of Songyuan, with a population of 640,000 residing in an area of 5,787 km2 (2,234 sq mi).
