The Kune Falls is a waterfall at Lonavla in Pune district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is the 14th highest waterfall in India. [1]

The falls

Kune Falls, located centrally within the Lonavala Khandala valley [2] is a three tiered waterfalls with a total height of 200 metres (660 ft); the highest drop being 100 metres (330 ft). [3]

Tin Mine Falls

The Tin Mine Falls is a cascade waterfall located in the remote Pilot Wilderness Area within the Kosciuszko National Park in the Snowy Mountains region of New South Wales, Australia. Described from top to bottom, the falls consist of non-segmented tiered cascades over bedrock with a few smaller plunges, followed by a single large plunge into a pool. The falls are recessed into a punchbowl feature making it impossible to view the entire waterfall from a single location on the ground.

Browne Falls

Browne Falls is a waterfall above Doubtful Sound, which is located in Fiordland National Park, New Zealand. In a temperate rain forest, the falls cascade down to the fiord near Hall Arm. Heights of 619 metres and 836 metres have been given for the falls. Their source is a tarn called Lake Browne which when full, overflows down the side of the mountain face. The stream makes 836 m height difference over 1,130 m horizontal difference, thus the mean gradient of stream is 42 degrees. This comparatively low angle makes the falls less impressive.
