The Legazpi Grand Central Terminal is a bus terminus in Legazpi, Albay, Philippines.
The terminal is in the Legazpi Port District. It covers an area of about 3.9 hectares. [2] The terminal is operated through a public–private partnership between the city government and LKY Group, a local land developer. The terminal can accommodate to over 30 buses, and also has restaurants and shops. [3] [4] [5] The development of the terminal along with the adjacent mall cost around ₱300 million (US$6 million). [2]
The terminal is connected with a jeepney and UV Express terminal called the LKY Metro Transport and Lifestyle Hub. [3] [6] It serves passengers from the terminal to small towns near Legazpi City, including a jeep that will serve as a direct service to the Mayon Volcano. Like the Legazpi Grand Central Terminal, it also houses restaurants and shops.
The terminal is near the Port of Legazpi, Pacific Mall, Yashano Mall, SM City Legazpi and the Ibalong Centrum for Recreation. [7] [8] [9]
The terminal has direct access to Manila, as well as nearer Sorsogon City, Iriga and Naga City.
The terminal houses ticketing offices for its tenant bus companies. Those bus companies who do not have ticketing offices inside the terminal may sell tickets inside the bus.
Araneta City, formerly and still commonly known as Araneta Center, is a 35-hectare (86-acre) transit oriented, commercial mixed-use development in Quezon City, Philippines. Situated in Barangay Socorro in Cubao, and at the intersection of two major roads, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Aurora Boulevard, the area offers retail, dining, entertainment, residential, office, lodging and parking facilities throughout the complex and hosts over 1 million people daily, due to its close proximity to transport terminals, including the railway stations of the MRT Line 3 and the LRT Line 2.

The Santa Rosa Integrated Terminal (SRIT), also known as the SM City Santa Rosa Transport Terminal, is a bus station in SM City Santa Rosa in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines. It is the second of three planned provincial intermodal terminals for the south of Manila under a public-private partnership arrangement. Opened on March 26, 2019, the terminal handles province-bound and incoming buses from Calabarzon and the Bicol Region, as well as other provincial buses plying the nautical highway in the south pending the completion of, and as an alternative to, the Taguig Integrated Terminal Exchange.
The Araneta City Bus Port (ACBP), also styled Araneta City Busport, is a bus station in Quezon City, Metro Manila, the Philippines. The bus station is currently one of two bus terminals in the Araneta City business district that link Metro Manila with the provinces in the north and south of the country, including cities in the Visayas and Mindanao via the Philippine Nautical Highway System. Built and completed in 2017 as the modern alternative to, and eventual replacement for, the adjacent Araneta City Bus Terminal, the oldest integrated bus terminal in Metro Manila, in operation since 1993, and is also a hub for buses servicing the Bicol Region. The busport is used by 9 (formerly 19) inter-city and provincial bus lines, including DLTBCo, Ceres Transport and Philtranco. One Ayala is an under construction mixed-use development developed by Ayala Land Inc. located at Ayala Center in Makati, across the Glorietta mall and occupying the former InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark sites. This development combines retail, hotel, and office facilities in a single contiguous space. Construction began in 2016 with the demolition of InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark and parts of the development opened in 2022.
