Leslie Lyness (born August 7, 1968 in Paoli, Pennsylvania) is a former field hockey midfielder from the United States, who was a member of the US women's team that finished fifth at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Her first selection came in 1990. She won a bronze medal at the 1995 Pan American Games. [1]
In 1990, while at North Carolina, Lyness won the Honda Award (now the Honda Sports Award) as the nation's best field hockey player. [2] [3] [4]
Karen Christina Shelton is an American former field hockey player and coach. Shelton served as head coach of the University of North Carolina's field hockey program from 1981 until her retirement in 2022. She was a member of the U.S. National Team from 1977 to 1984 and a starter on the team that won the bronze medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. She attended West Chester State and was a member of four NCAA championship winning teams. Shelton also qualified for the 1980 Olympic team but did not compete due to the Olympic Committee's boycott of the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, Russia. As consolation, she was one of 461 athletes to receive a Congressional Gold Medal many years later.
Tracey Claire Fuchs is a former field hockey midfielder from the United States, who was a member of the US women's team that finished fifth at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. She also competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, where Team USA finished in eighth and last position. She also played for the 1994 World Cup team that won the bronze medal. She won a bronze medal at the 1995 Pan American Games. Fuchs won the NCAA Division I national title as the coach of the Northwestern Wildcats in 2021.
Cindy Werley is a former Olympic field hockey forward from the United States, who made her international debut for the Women's National Team in 1994. She was a member of the American team that competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia.
Eleanor Race née Stone is an American field hockey player who made her international senior debut for the Women's National Team in 1991. She was a member of the team, that won the bronze medal at the 1994 World Cup in Dublin, Ireland. She won a bronze medal at the 1995 Pan American Games.

Kelly Doton is a field hockey defender from the United States, who earned her first international cap vs New Zealand on April 14, 2005, in Virginia Beach. Doton, nicknamed Dote, attended Wake Forest University. Doton was named as the Head field hockey coach at Boston College in the Spring of 2015.

The former student of the Old Dominion University tied for team scoring lead at the 1999 Pan American Games with 3 goals, and scored four goals in a single match in 4–0 win over China at the 1998 World Cup in Utrecht, Netherlands. She won a bronze medal at the 1995 Pan American Games.
Kathleen "Katie" O'Donnell Bam is an American field hockey player. She was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, and attended Wissahickon High School in Ambler, Pennsylvania. O'Donnell began playing for the Maryland Terrapins in the 2007 season. She was the youngest member of the 2005 United States women's national team and has become known for her excellent stick skills and ability to create. Her attributes were put on full display throughout her freshman campaign as she earned a starting position for the preseason number-one team in the country at forward.
Rachel Dawson is an American field hockey player. A midfielder / back, she earned her first senior career cap vs Australia on June 5, 2005. Dawson was named to the U.S. field hockey team for the 2008 Summer Olympics and 2012 Summer Olympics, with the team finishing in 8th and 12th respectively.
