Line 27 of Chongqing Rail Transit is a rapid transit line in Chongqing, China.

Line 27 (Bishan to Huimin section) will be 56 kilometres (35 mi) long, all stations except Bishan will be located underground. [1] Trains will run at a maximum speed of 140 kilometres per hour (87 mph). [2] [3] Line 27 trains will through operate with the Bitong Line and continue to Tongliangxi in Tongliang District. [4] [5] The line will feature passing loops for express services. [6]

History

Construction started in February 2022. [2]

Construction of the Yangtze River Tunnel of Line 27 (about 800 meters long) started in May 2024. [1]

The Chongqing Rail Transit is the rapid transit system in the city of Chongqing, China. In operation since 2005, it serves the transportation needs of the city's main business and entertainment downtown areas and inner suburbs. As of December 2023, CRT consisted of eleven lines, with a total track length of 523.68 km (325 mi). Lines 1, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 18, the Loop line and Jiangtiao line are conventional heavy-rail metro lines, while Lines 2 and 3 are high-capacity monorails. To keep up with urban growth, construction is under way on Line 18 and several other lines, in addition to extensions to Lines 5, 6 and 10.

Line 30 of the Chengdu Metro is a metro line currently under construction in Chengdu. Line 30's color is Light Pink. Phase 1 runs tangentially on the south side of the Chengdu from Terminal 2 of Shuangliu International Airport East to Longquan Railway Station. Phase 1 is 27.74 km long with 24 stations, all underground. Line 30 will use 6-car Type-B rolling stock operating up to 80 km/h. Line 30 will be served by two depots at Gaobeiba and Hongjiaqiao.
