This is a list of award winners and single-season leaderboards for the Boston Red Sox professional baseball team.
Twenty four different Red Sox players have received Silver Slugger Awards since its inception in 1981. Wade Boggs (3B) and David Ortiz (DH) have the most wins at their respective positions, the only American League players to currently to hold this distinction. Additionally, the 9 wins for Manny Ramirez are the most of any American League outfielder. In 2018 J.D. Martinez was awarded the Silver Slugger for the DH and OF positions, making him the only player to win the award twice in a single season.

23 different Red Sox players have won Gold Glove Awards since the award was begun in 1957. Dwight Evans with eight Gold Gloves is the all-time Red Sox leader, while Carl Yastrzemski is second with seven. Only three outfielders have won more Gold Gloves than Evans: Willie Mays (12), Roberto Clemente (12) and Al Kaline (10).

Since 2019, the All-MLB Team Award is given out to the best players from each position voted by fans and a panel of experts.
The Wilson Defensive Player of the Year Award was established in 2012. It was awarded to one player on each MLB team in 2012 and 2013; since 2014, one MLB player at each position has been honored. An overall Defensive Player of the Year has been selected each year; one player per league in 2012 and 2013, and a single MLB player starting in 2014.
The Hank Aaron Award, introduced in 1999, is given annually to MLB players selected as the top hitter in each league, as voted on by baseball fans and members of the media.
Formerly the Delivery Man Award (2005–2013), awarded to one MLB reliever; the Reliever of the Year Award has been issued since 2014, to a reliever in each league.

The Edgar Martínez Award has been presented annually to the most outstanding designated hitter in the American League since 1973.
The Roberto Clemente Award has been awarded since 1971, to the MLB player who "best exemplifies the game of baseball, sportsmanship, community involvement and the individual's contribution to his team."
In 1999, the Major League Baseball All-Century Team was chosen by popular vote of fans.
The Major League Baseball All-Time Team was chosen in 1997, by 36 members of the Baseball Writers' Association of America, to comprise the top manager and top player in each of 13 positional categories across MLB history.

The Babe Ruth Award is given annually to the MLB player with the best performance in the postseason, awarded since 1949 by the New York City chapter of the Baseball Writers' Association of America (BBWAA). From 1949─2002, the award was given to for the best performance in the World Series, but was changed from 2003 onwards to apply to the best postseason performance in general.

The Sporting News Manager of the Year Award was established in 1936 by The Sporting News and was given annually to one manager in MLB. In 1986, it was expanded to honor one manager from each league.

In September 2011, the Red Sox established an annual award in honor of Lou Gorman, given to a minor league player in the Red Sox organization "who has demonstrated dedication and perseverance in overcoming obstacles while working his way to the Major League team." [113]

Jesse Lee Barfield is an American former professional baseball player and coach. He played in Major League Baseball as a right fielder from 1981 to 1992 for the Toronto Blue Jays and the New York Yankees.
Vladimir Guerrero Alvino Sr., nicknamed "Vlad the Impaler", is a Dominican former professional baseball player who spent 16 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a right fielder and designated hitter. He played for the Montreal Expos (1996–2003), Anaheim Angels / Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (2004–2009), Texas Rangers (2010), and Baltimore Orioles (2011).
Dwight Michael "Dewey" Evans is an American former professional baseball right fielder and right-handed batter who played with the Boston Red Sox (1972–1990) and Baltimore Orioles (1991) in Major League Baseball (MLB). He was a three-time All-Star, won eight Gold Glove Awards, and won two Silver Slugger Awards. Evans played the second-most career games for the Red Sox of any player, surpassed only by Carl Yastrzemski.
Adrián Beltré Pérez is a Dominican former professional baseball third baseman. During his career, Beltré played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Seattle Mariners, Boston Red Sox, and Texas Rangers in Major League Baseball (MLB). He is regarded as one of the greatest third basemen of all time.
Robinson José Canó Mercedes is a Dominican-American professional baseball second baseman for the Diablos Rojos del México of the Mexican League; he also captains the Estrellas Orientales of the Dominican Professional Baseball League. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Yankees, Seattle Mariners, New York Mets, San Diego Padres, and Atlanta Braves.
Dustin Luis Pedroia is an American former professional baseball second baseman who played his entire Major League Baseball career for the Boston Red Sox, from 2006 to 2019. He was a four-time All-Star, and won the American League (AL) Rookie of the Year Award in 2007 and the AL Most Valuable Player and Silver Slugger Award in 2008. He has also received four Gold Glove Awards and was named AL Defensive Player of the Year in 2013.

The Red Sox then lost to the Rays in the ALCS in seven games. This was the franchise's fourth appearance in the ALCS in six seasons.

Salvador Johan Pérez Díaz, nicknamed "El Nino" and "Salvy", is a Venezuelan-American professional baseball catcher for the Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball (MLB). He is a nine-time MLB All-Star, five-time Gold Glove Award winner, and received the World Series Most Valuable Player Award when the Royals won the 2015 World Series over the New York Mets. He represents the Venezuelan national team on the international level.

Betts is an eight-time All-Star, a six-time Silver Slugger Award winner, a six-time Gold Glove Award recipient, a two-time World Series champion, and was named the Most Valuable Player in the American League in 2018. He is also second in Wins Above Replacement (WAR) among active position players, behind Mike Trout.
Rafael Devers Calcaño is a Dominican professional baseball third baseman for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2017. Devers won the 2018 World Series in his first full season with the Red Sox. He has also won the Silver Slugger Award in 2021 and 2023 and was an All-Star in 2021, 2022, and 2024.

Kyle Daniel Tucker is an American professional baseball right fielder for the Houston Astros of Major League Baseball (MLB). The Astros selected Tucker with the fifth pick in the first round of the 2015 MLB draft, and he made his MLB debut in 2018.
Luis Robert Moirán Jr. is a Cuban professional baseball outfielder for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). After defecting from Cuba in 2016, Robert signed with the White Sox in 2017. He made his MLB debut in 2020. That year, he won the Gold Glove Award. He was named an All-Star in 2023.
