This list of Chinese University of Hong Kong alumni includes notable graduates and non-graduate former students from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong. Established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949. Today, CUHK is organised into nine constituent colleges and eight academic faculties, and remains the only collegiate university in the territory. The university operates in both English and Chinese, although classes in most colleges are taught in English.

Wah Yan College Kowloon is a Catholic secondary school for boys run by the Chinese Province of the Society of Jesus. It is located in Kowloon, Hong Kong and is a grant-in-aid secondary school using English as the primary medium of instruction. The total land area of its campus is among the largest for Hong Kong secondary schools, and it's one of the most prestigious schools in Hong Kong.
Queen's College is the first public secondary school founded in Hong Kong by the British colonial government. It was initially named The Government Central School in 1862 and later renamed Victoria College in 1890, and finally obtained the present name of Queen's College in 1894. It is currently located in Causeway Bay.

Dennis Yuk Ming Lo is a Hong Kong molecular biologist, and an important contributor to the development of non-invasive prenatal testing. He is the current Associate Dean (Research) and Li Ka Shing Professor of Medicine at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), as well as the head of the Department of Chemical Pathology of CUHK and the director of the Li Ka Shing Institute of Health Sciences. His research focuses on the detection of cell-free fetal DNA in blood plasma.

Francis Ka Leung Chan is a Hong Kong gastroenterologist. He is the former Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the Choh-Ming Li Professor of Medicine and Therapeutics. Previously, he was the Associate Dean (Clinical) of CUHK Faculty of Medicine and the director of the Institute of Digestive Disease at CUHK.
