This is a list of tennis players who have represented the Czech Republic Davis Cup team in an official Davis Cup match. The team is considered a direct successor of the Czechoslovakian side, which competed from 1921 to 1992, therefore share their historical record. They started playing as the Czech Republic in 1993. Robert Lang is a Czech former professional ice hockey player. Drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the fifth round, 133rd overall, at the 1990 NHL Entry Draft, Lang made his NHL debut with the team in the 1992–93 season. He has also played in the NHL for the Boston Bruins, Pittsburgh Penguins, Washington Capitals, Detroit Red Wings, Chicago Blackhawks, Montreal Canadiens and Phoenix Coyotes, with whom he retired with in 2010.
Josef Masopust was a Czech football player and coach. He played as midfielder and was a key player for Czechoslovakia, helping them reach the 1962 FIFA World Cup Final. He was capped 63 times, scoring ten goals for his country.
The Czech Republic national football team represents the Czech Republic in international football. The team is controlled by the Football Association of the Czech Republic (FAČR). Historically, the team participated in FIFA and UEFA competitions as Bohemia and Czechoslovakia.
Luboš Kubík is a Czech former professional footballer and former manager of Torquay United, who played libero for the Czechoslovakia and Czech Republic national teams, winning 56 caps in total, and a number of notable clubs. He is currently an assistant coach with the United States men's national soccer team.
Tipsport Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Prague, Czech Republic, whose naming rights are currently leased to Czech betting company Tipsport. The arena, located on the fairgrounds in Bubeneč in the neighbourhood of Holešovice, opened in 1962 as Sportovní hala and has a capacity of 13,150 for ice hockey games. Until 2015, it was the home arena of Czech Extraliga team HC Sparta Praha and between 2012 and 2014 KHL's team HC Lev Praha.
Vladimír Růžička is a Czech ice hockey coach and former professional player. Růžička was twice named the top player in the Czechoslovak Elite League, and was on the gold medal team in the Ice Hockey World Championship in 1985 and 1998 Olympic Games. He also played 233 games in the National Hockey League (NHL). Since 2008, Růžička has been the head coach of both HC Slavia Praha and the Czech national ice hockey team.
The World U-17 Hockey Challenge, originally known as the Quebec Esso Cup, is an international ice hockey tournament held annually in Canada. Prior to 2011, the tournament did not operate during years in which the Canada Winter Games were held. As such, the World Under-17 Challenge was held three out of every four years. It is organized by Hockey Canada and is the first major international competition for male hockey players under the age of 17. The tournament is the first step in Hockey Canada's Program of Excellence and is used to identify players moving on to the U18 and National Junior Team.
Michal Bílek is a football manager and former player. He led the Czech Republic national football team for four years between 2009 and 2013. As a player, he represented Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic at international level. His playing position was right midfielder. Currently, he is the coach of Viktoria Plzeň.
The Czech Republic men's national basketball team represents the Czech Republic in international basketball. The team is controlled by the Czech Basketball Federation (ČBF).
The Czech Republic men's national tennis team represents the Czech Republic in the Davis Cup and is governed by the Czech Tennis Federation. The Czech team was started in 1993, following the break-up of Czechoslovakia.

The Czech Republic women's national tennis team is the representative national team of the Czech Republic in Billie Jean King Cup competition. The Czech Republic team in its current incarnation began competing in 1993. It is seen as the primary successor to the Czechoslovak team, and not Slovakia, even though the Czechoslovak team included both Czech and Slovak players.

The World Group was the highest level of Davis Cup competition in 1993. The first-round losers went into the Davis Cup World Group Qualifying Round, and the winners progressed to the quarterfinals and were guaranteed a World Group spot for 1994.
