Serbia and Montenegro national football team 1992–2006 national association football team

The Serbia and Montenegro national football team was a national football team that represented the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. It was controlled by the Football Association of Serbia and Montenegro. For 11 years, it was known as the FR Yugoslavia national football team when the state was called the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, until February 2003, when the name of the country was changed to Serbia and Montenegro. In 2006, Montenegro declared its independence from Serbia, with the result that the country's football team was renamed as the Serbia national football team on 28 June 2006 with the Montenegro national football team created to represent the renewed state of Montenegro, with the Serbian national team inheriting the history and records of Serbia and Montenegro's national team.

Montenegro mens national basketball team

The Montenegro men's national basketball team represents Montenegro in international basketball tournaments. The supervising body is the Basketball Federation of Montenegro.

Montenegro womens national football team

The Montenegro women's national football team represents Montenegro in international women's football, and it is organised by Football Association of Montenegro.

As a member of FIFA and UEFA, the Montenegro national football team has been playing official matches since March 2007. Montenegro plays in the qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup and UEFA European Championship, as well as partaking in the UEFA Nations League. Apart from that, the team participates in friendly matches.

The Europe Zone was the unique zone within Group 3 of the regional Davis Cup competition in 2018. The zone's competition was held in round robin format in two different locations, Plovdiv, Bulgaria and Ulcinj, Montenegro, from 3 to 7 April 2018. The two winning nations won promotion to Group II, Europe/Africa Zone, for 2019.

The 2019 Davis Cup was the 108th edition of the Davis Cup, a tournament between national teams in men's tennis. It was sponsored by Rakuten.

The Europe Zone was the unique zone within Group 3 of the regional Davis Cup competition in 2019. The zone's competition was held in round robin format in Athens, Greece, from 11 to 14 September 2019.
